Y/n point of view
'Ugh who knew people would be so- uh- judgy? Ya! Judgy! Great, now I'm talking to myself like a psychopath.'
"Are you lost?" said a strange voice coming from behind me.
I turned around to see a boy with blond hair I didn't get a good look at his eyes and he was really tall.
"Oh no I'm allllll goooood!" I said trying to not sound like I was lying
"You sure? You do seem lost."
"Fine, I am lost...can you help me get to the sorting??"
He giggle and gestured me to follow
"So you're new?" Said the boy
"Ya I am I came from a muggle school- that's what you call them right? Muggle?"
"Yes, it is. Anyways I'm, Draco Malfoy, and you are?"
"Oh! How rude of me, I'm y/n."
"Nice to meet you y/n. Are you excited to learn HOW TO BE A WITCH!!" Said draco getting louder as he said it.
I started laughing at him.
"Haha, ya, I guess I am." I said still laughing.
"We're here!" Said Draco coming to a halt
Draco and I went in and we were quite late so there were only a few students left. While I waited Draco has gone to sit down at the Slytherin table. When it was my turn I sat down and shut my eyes really tight really scared of what it would say.
SLYTHERIN!
I heard a cheer from all across the great hall as Draco ran up and took me by the hand and helped me back to the table
"How does it feel to be apart of the greatest table at Hogwarts? Said a Slytherin
"Uhm, feels great? I guess?" I said uncertainly.
"Y/n, are you alright?" Said Draco worriedly.
"Ya I'm alright just a little dizzy from all that." I said.
"I'll show you to the common room and your dorm and you can go take a nap or something just get some rest. Did you eat anything today?" Said Draco trying to not make it worse.
"Uh I don't think so.." I felt myself getting weaker.
Draco gave me something small to eat and helped me to my dorm when I felt my knees give out and I fell.
"Woah! Are you ok?" Said draco sounding scared
"Ya I knees just did something weird." I tried to reassure him
"Get on my back." Said draco fermly
"Wait what?"
"You heard me. get on my back"
"I'm a little heavy though?"
"It'll be fine"
I got on his back as he carried me to the common room. As we got inside I blacked out. Next thing I know I was lying in a bed. I checked the time and knew it was way past school time and and I was still in my uniform. I changed out of it and went in the common room to read one of my books.
"Why good morning sleepyhead." I heard someone say in a singing voice
"Morning?"
"How'd you sleep? After you fell asleep on my back?"
That's when I realized it was Draco.
"Oh I slept fine sorry about that."
"It's fine don't sweat it. What's that in your hand?"
"Oh it one of my books from home!"
"What's it about?"
I went on to tell him everything that was happening in my book and I went on for a while. I saw draco was actually interested. He was sitting at the end of his chair with his hands in his lap looking completely focused on me.
"That's where I am right now, but I have a theory that she's gonna wake up and know everything that happened but play it cool as if she knows nothing!!"
"That seems like a really cool book, when you're done it, mind if I give it a read?"
"Of course you can! I have the whole series so if you wanna read all the books together we can! I can restart this book and we'll read it together?"
"Sure that sounds like fun! We can do it tomorrow cause tonight I have quidditch practice. Wanna come and watch?"
"HELL YA I DO!"
Draco and I headed of to the field where I saw both teams arguing about who got to practice tonight.
"ITS OUR PRACTICE DAY!" I heard a Griffindor yell
"WE GOT HERE FIRST!" Yelled a Slytherin
"Here we go again." Said Draco annoyed
"Do they always do this?" I asked
"Sadly, yes. No one has an idea that both teams like."
"I have an idea!" I said loudly
"What is it?" Said Wood
"Why can't both teams practice together? You both can try different strategys and brainstorm as a team!" I yelled loudly enough so everyone on either team could hear
"That's not a horrible idea.." I said a Slytherin
"I agree." Said a Gryffindor, "why don't we do that?"
"I suppose we could try that." Said both team captains
After they all got set up they played a few games and called it a night. When they were all packed up Draco came to sit beside me.
"Was it fun?" I asked in a teasing tone
"No! I fell off my broom!"
"From like a foot off the ground."
"STILL! it's hurt."
"Are you ok then?"
"Ya it was only a foot off the ground."
"I SAID THAT!"
Draco started laughing and we headed back to the common room. On our way we bumped it into Harry, Ron, and Hermione.
"Oh look who it is." Said Draco when he spotted Harry
"What do you what Malfoy?" Said Harry
"Hey can we do this later I'm tired." Hermione and I said in sync.
"Whatever." Said Draco, and walked of
I hugged Hermione and said bye and ran to catch up with draco who was walking very fast
"Woah! Can you slow down a little?"
"Sorry.."
"It's fine, what was that about? Aren't you two getting along now?"
"We were..then pottah just stop talking to me and ignored me so I did the same."
"Oh, sorry, I didn't know..."
"Hey, don't worry about it! We'll get along sooner rather than later, it's no big deal."
"Ok...I'm pretty tired now."
"Come on then, let's go to the common room."
Draco and I went to the common room. Draco stayed by the fireplace and I went to my dorm to see someone I didn't like.
"Why hello there."
"What do you want?" I asked
"Awe, can't even say hi to my girlfriend?"
"We aren't dating anymore!"
"Ya, sure, whatever, that's not why I'm here."
"Why are you here then!"
"Calm down, no need to yell Hun."
Draco knocked on my door asking if I was ok.
"YUP ALL GOOD!"
"That's what you said when we first met."
"Here give me a minute draco and I'll be out."
"Ok?"
Draco walked away from the door I turned back to the unwelcomed guest
"He your boyfriend?" She asked
"No, he's not he's just a friend!"
"Ok so if he's 'just a friend' you won't mind staying away from him?"
"I never said that..."
"Well then, let's say it together! Repeat after me. I will stay away from Draco Malfoy. Your turn!"
"Over my dead body Savannah!"
"Interesting...it doesn't sound like he's 'just a friend' does it?"
"Why do I have to stay away..?"
"Because I want him dead!"
"I'm not staying away from him! He's my only friend in Slytherin! Without him I mind as well die!"
"You have Hermione, no?"
"Yes, well, she's in Gryffindor!"
"Y/n are you sure you're ok?" Draco yelled through the door
"Yup I'm coming out now!" I said to him, "leave me alone. I'm not staying away from him."
"We'll see, darling, we'll see.
Explanation: Savannah was y/ns old girlfriend but broke up before she went to Hogwarts they both found out they were witches together but y/n didn't want anything to do with Savannah. But Savannah is still madly in love with y/n. Savannah is now trying to kill Draco because she knows y/n will end up with him if she doesn't. HOPE THAT HELPS!! :)
