1) All you need is your voice and your thoughts. If you want to do this one someone else you must have an item or picture that is related to them. You can chant this as many times as you wish and you can change the spell to fit the person you're to do it on. (Ex. Changing "I" to her/his name) Chant:
I have my mark to make
I have words to say.
Let others hear the words I speak.
And take the self doubt away.
And it harm none, so mote it be!
