I picked up my phone. "Hello?" I said. No answer. Then I heard a static noise, and a voice on the other end. I pulled the phone away from my ear to see the caller I.D. It was Louis. I listened to make sure, he didn't butt dial me.
"She's hot." Louis said. And he butt-dialed me. "Olivia?" Someone asked. "No, Liv is not hot. That girl." Louis said. I was about to end the call when Louis said no. "Yeah, she is hot. But aren't you dating Olivia?" "Yeah." "So should you really be saying another girl is hot and that Olivia isn't?" "There's a difference—" I hung up. I didn't want to listen to Louis talk about the difference between some girl and me.
I trust Louis. I don't trust other girls. Louis thinks I'm not hot, he thinks some girl is. What if he breaks up with me for some girl? He could, he has almost every girl at his fingertips. My phone started ringing again. I picked it up, but looked at the caller I.D before answering.
It was Louis. I pressed answer, but I didn't say anything. "Hey, Liv. I wanted—" I hung up. He called again. "Liv, I think I got cut off. Anyway—" I hung up there. Louis called yet again. "Liv, can we talk? I—" I hung up again. I really don't want him to break up with me over the phone.
I took the battery out of my phone. I went up to my bedroom and crawled under the sheets and comforter. I didn't feel like moving or being happy. Louis wants to break up with me, why would I want to deal with that.
I cried myself to sleep. I knew it wouldn't be long before Louis found better than me, but I wish I was enough. I woke up to some noise. "Olivia! Thank God! I thought you were dead, Liv." Louis's voice rang through my ears as arms wrapped around me. "Leave me alone." I muttered.
"What? Liv, are you okay?" "Go away, please." I choked out through tears. "Olivia." Louis sighed, and wiped the tears off my cheeks. "If you're staying, don't say it." I mumbled. "Don't say what?" "Say it's over." "Olivia, what are you talking about?" "There's a difference. I'm not good enough, I know that. But don't say it. I'll try to be hot or whatever you want, just don't say it."
"What?" "You butt-dialed me." I sighed into the pillow. "You didn't listen to the difference." "I didn't need to." I grumbled. "Olivia, the difference is that you are beautiful. You're the only one I want for the rest of my life. So another girl is hot? Aren't there other guys you find hot?" I shook my head. "That's nice to know." Louis smiled.
"Olivia, I only want you. I only need you." He said and pulled my face to his. I looked at him. "Your mine. I'm yours. There is no way I'm changing that. I swear to God, Liv." Louis said and smashed his lips onto mine.
