Jungkook gulps as he tries his best to avoid eye contact. The day he left Taehyung all alone there kept on playing in his mind, making his heart hurt as he imagines how the older looked. He must've been sad, upset, anything that describes sadness. Jungkook takes a deep breath and finally looked up. Taehyung made eye contact with him, smiling awkwardly and also rubbing his nape.

"I'm sorry for running away!" Jungkook says and hugged Taehyung. The other was shocked but hugged back nonetheless. Taehyung smiles, he missed his warmth. It's been years since they've been this close. As the two share a moment, Jaewon watched from the kitchen. A big smile displayed on his face. Pulling away, Jungkook stared at Taehyung and then starts explaining.

"I didn't mean to run away! I didn't know what to do! I panicked, and... And... " Jungkook is cut off as Taehyung shushes him, lightly grabbing his shoulders to calm him down.
"Kookie, calm down, okay?" Taehyung says and watches as Jungkook continues to breathe fast.
"Kookie... Follow, hyung" Taehyung says and starts breathing in and out.

Jungkook stared at his eyes and follows what he's doing, he's breathing in and out just like what Taehyung is doing. They both did that until Jungkook's breathing finally goes back to normal. Taehyung smiles and hugs Jungkook again before pulling away and placing a peck on the younger's forehead. Jungkook was a bit surprised but didn't say anything about it as they made eye contact again.
"You're not mad?" Jungkook asks and Taehyung chuckles.

"When was I ever mad at you? You're pretty much spoiled by me... Your V hyung never gets mad at you... If you feel guilty about what happened that day, then accept this..." Taehyung says and handed Jungkook the necklace he had kept for so many years. Jungkook stared at it, smiling before he nods.

"You still kept it"
