Choosing

Chris

Everyone needs someone to treat her like a princess. We weren't even dating and Chris already did. I think I was falling for him. I hoped he felt the same.

The next day, Chris was walking me to homeroom. We stopped outside the door and he turned to me and said, "What do you think of me?"
I was kinda confused but responded, "Chris, I think you are an amazing person. You are so nice and funny and smart you have the best smile."
He smiled, "Thanks," he said, "Your opinion really matters to me."
I smiled back. He made me feel on top of the world.

After homeroom, I saw Chris's best friend, Nate, in the hallway.
"Hey Nate," I said, "Do you ummm know who ummm Chris likes?"
"Why, do YOU like him?" he smirked.
"Maybe," I smirked back.
"Well he does, he never stops talking about how beautiful you are."
I blushed and walked into class with a huge smile on my face. Everyone looked at me confused.

After class, I saw Chris in the hallway.
"Hey" he said as he saw me.
"Hey" I responded
He smiled. As I was walking into the classroom, Chris stopped me and said, "Nate told me you like me, is that true?"
"Yeah, it is."
Then the bell rang and we both walked into class with huge smiles... again.

During class we kept staring at each other. I would turn my head and catch him looking at me. He would quickly turn his head away and smile. It was the best feeling in the world.

So I really wanted him to ask me out, but i kinda didn't because I just got out of a really bad relationship... so i didn't really know what to do if he asked me.

At lunch, I sat with Jamie and Anna. I told them everything. About what Nate said and what Chris asked me before class and they were freaking out. Then I told them my worries and they completely understood. You see, this is what I love about having Jamie and Anna as my "sisters", they ALWAYS understand and support me, which is what i always need. But sometimes they don't agree with me, which is what I like too because then I have different perspectives on things, AND they always snap me out of bad decisions.

Chris walked me to Math after lunch. I loved having him near me. I always felt safe. He again asked me about us. It was so sweet that he was talking to me and making sure I was ok. He asked, "If I asked you out, would you say yes?"
"Yeah," I responded. I made up my mind, I needed him and so I think I was ready for a new relationship.

After math, Chris again walked with me to Choir. It felt so good just being able to walk and talk with him. And then while we were walking, he asked me.

And I said yes:)

***Okie dokie guys so this was a short chapter uggghhhh I just like don't know what else to right... I feel like this was just another filler chapter. Lol i also feel like i suck at writing so plz lemme know how i can make my story better:))) comment k? ily***
