The court room was loud and Jonathan was chained to a pole on his knees.the noise continued until an older looking man with glasses walked in.

He slammed the hammer a few times,getting the attention of the room.
Zachery:my name is dhalis Zachery and I will decide your fate.Jonathan was it?
Jonathan:yes sir.
Zachery:ok Jonathan do you have any objections to what is happening to you in this room?
Jonathan:no sir.
Zachery:you are appreciated for your cooperation.
Jonathan looked in the crowd and saw Lilith,a man with bushy eyebrows and a short man.
Zachery:so Mr.Jonathan according to eyewitness you came out of a Titan during the battle of Trost.correct.

Zachery:and you knew what you were doing?

Zachery:ok,your life will be depending on who has custody of you.the scouts or the military police.I'd like to hear your part of the story.
Jonathan:certainly sir.I've been able to turn into a Titan since I was 10 I'm now 17.I saw one of my squad mates in distress and I had to protect them.me and the cadets retook HQ along with Eren jaeger in Titan form.as for as I know I'm super strong and I can explode muscles.

Lilith:well as I was about to be eaten by a Titan he came and saved me in his titan form.he also saved most of the cadets by taking care of the titans at HQ.he even took full responsibility for everybody's death.I ask you to take those into consideration with all do respect.
