part 10 | "stomach cramps"

Sanji

I was cooking up some brunch when my stomach started cramping.

"Fuck, my stomach hurts. Is it a stomachache? I should go see Chopper," I mumbled.

I was just about to leave the kitchen when Luffy barged in and started whining about his meal.

"Sanji~! Meat~!"

I sighed and held on for life as I finish up brunch. Once I finished making brunch, I then told Luffy to serve himself but warned him to not finish the others' meals. I left to see Chopper but he wasn't in his office today. I went back to my room and I bumped into Zoro.

"Oh, stupid love cook. How're you doing?" He asked.

"Everything's fine, marimo. I just need a break-" I was about to finish my sentence when it acted up again.

I clutched onto my stomach and then, the feeling of puking slapped me. I rushed to the toilet and I puked into the toilet bowl. Zoro followed me and when he saw me puking, he quickly knelt down beside me and rubbed spots on my back, making me puke more. He then called for the girls and as he was shouting, I wiped my mouth after puking and felt like I was passing out. When I was about to pass out, Zoro quickly picked me up in a bridal style and flushed the toilet bowl before carrying me out.

"Oi! Nami, Robin. Could you help? It's Sanji. He's going through something and I don't know what. Help!" Zoro's voice muffled out.

Soon, I shut my eyes and everything turned dark.

We rushed to Chopper's infirmary and the girls told me to lay Sanji on the bed. Privately, Law taught the girls everything he knows as Chopper might be out of his office at times when critical and needed someone to substitute temporarily while he's out. I laid Sanji down on the bed and Nami checked his pulse while Robin analyzed what was going on with Sanji. I was anxious that something happened to him and we didn't know about it. Then, I heard a giggle from Robin.

"Oh, my. This is very interesting news, indeed." She commented.

What does she mean? Robin then whispered to Nami and Nami giggled as well. I was confused but when they told me what it was, I was ready for the shock of my life.

I woke up, the light from the ceiling lamp almost blinding me. I groaned as I slowly sat up, rubbing circles on my head to ease the stinging headache that came as soon as I woke up.

"You alright?"

I turned my head to Zoro who was sat beside me and I nodded my head lightly. He then held my hand and before I could react, he hugged me and broke down in tears.

"Oi, what's wrong?! Did something happen?! Did Chopper or the girls say something?! Wha-"

"Congrats, honey! We did it!" He exclaimed.

What? What does he mean by 'congrats'? What the fuck happened while I was out? Confusion was smeared over my face and Zoro noticed. He pulled away and chuckled.

"I hope they don't inherit your slow ass thinking. It's going to be like another curly brows," He said.

I sat there, piecing together the information Zoro just gave me. Inherit? Another curly brows? Then, realisation hit me.

"I'm pregnant?!"

"Now, you only realised?! Idiot!"

I smiled and looked at my tummy. Zoro leaned on my shoulder and rubbed my tummy.

"Can you believe it? We're having a baby. It feels... surreal," I commented.

"Right," Zoro agreed.

Then, the door was opened and everyone else barged in.

"My treasured pair of wings! Congrats on your baby! Make sure they can cook and wield three swords, alright?" Luffy said with a ecstatic grin.

"Well, it looks like we have a new addition to our family. I hope they're materialistic like me," Nami remarked.

"Bitch, it's not even your baby!" Ussop told her.

"Idiot, I know!" Nami yelled before punching Ussop out of the room.

"Super! I can teach them to repair the ship!" Franky added.

"And I can teach him to play the violin. That way, I'll have a partner to duet with. Yohohohohoho~!" Brook chipped in.

"And I can teach him some first aid!" Chopper chipped in, too.

"I can read him bedtime stories," Robin chipped in as well.

"I could also teach the kid some cool moves in the water," Jinbei suggested.

"Predictions on the baby?" I asked.

"Green hair, curly brows. Maybe, this one won't be as topographically agnostic as their dad is and is also not a hardcore womaniser like their mom," Ussop answered.

"Right," Everyone else agreed.

Zoro and I blushed furiously in embarrassment. Then, the transponder snail rang and Zoro picked it up.

"Sanji! Congrats on your baby!"

"Oh, Zeff-san! Everyone! How'd you know?" I asked.

"Robin sent us a letter. We're elated to hear the news. Make sure they visit Baratie!" Zeff said.

"Of course!"

"What's next? Marriage? I hope it's sex he uses to propose to you," Zeff asked.

I blushed furiously and called Zeff a dirty old geezer before hanging up. Everyone laughed as I crossed my arms and sighed dejectedly. After that, everyone decided to leave us to our time alone and Zoro pecked my cheek.

"Maybe Zeff might be right. Why not I propose to you with sex? Besides, who needs a ring when I have the thing to make you mine right under my boxers?"

I jabbed Zoro with my elbow and cursed at him. He laughed because he knew I wasn't denying it. I smiled and looked at Zoro.

"Though, let's do it after the baby comes out. I don't want them to get hurt from the midnight monster under your boxers."
