during the summer, a boy and his family move in next to a girl and her family. she's known to be the "player" type, not to be confused with the "hoe" or "slut" type. him on the other hand, he is a big sweetheart.
when he finds out that he's getting cheated on, he asks the first person he thought of to pretend to be in a relationship with him. that is, his new neighbor of course. she thought it was a good idea and the two decided to make a contract of do's and don'ts of their so called relationship.
as time passes by, the girl occasionally feels as if it's not a fake relationship. but the boy doesn't notice. soon enough, something happens that causes the boy to move away. the girl realizes what she once brushed away is how she truly feels for the boy and does anything she can think of to try to get the boy to stay.
