You and Anoung hadn't spoken to each other in a week. You couldn't figure out if it was because of something you had done or if he was just being a stupid, immature boy. Either way you hated this. You still spent most of your days assisting Ronal and occasionally bumping into Anoung although he didn't speak a word to you and avoided eye contact. You were becoming frustrated with his sudden change in attitude towards you and needed some air. You needed to get away from the village for a while. Lucky for you Tsireya skipping towards you. " You look like you need a break." She chirped with a beautiful smile painted across her face. " You wanna go for a swim?" You asked tilting your head towards the ocean. Tsireya's smile somehow grew even wider as she grabbed your hand and practically dragged you to the water.
You spent most of your day under the waves with Tsireya. You loved diving with her. She would show you new coral structures she had discovered and the different types of animals that lived in them. You weren't crazy about this sort of thing but if Tsireya was telling you about something you had all the time in the world to listen.
The sound of horns being blown above water caught your attention. Both of you looked up as the shadows of five Ikran darkened the water around you. Tsireya called her Ilu and you both mounted it. You had never seen Ikran come this far. When you broke the water surface you could see a family of forest Na'vi. They were being crowded by the clan. Aonung and his friend Rotxo were making their way through the crowd as you and Tsireya walked up to the shore. You saw two boys standing together. The smaller one was cute and looked like trouble. The taller one handsome and responsible. The smaller one looked towards the both of you his eyes fixed on Tsireya. You looked towards her to see her smile at him. ~so cute~ you looked back towards the boys expecting to see the smaller one staring but instead you locked eyes with the taller one. His eyes were a memorising yellow golden colour. He gave you a smirk and bowed his head and mouthing " I see you ". You returned the gesture blushing slightly. You and Tsireya took your place next to Aonung and Rotxo. Tsireya putting a stop to her brothers teasing. Aonungs behaviour towards the forest Na'vi turned your stomach. You almost couldn't believe he was the same guy that you had feelings for.
Tonowari and Ronal agreed that the family would stay and learn your ways. Aonung and Tsireya were given the responsibility of teaching the children the way of water. Aonung wasn't happy with the decision but his father made it final. Tsireya lead the family away to show them to their mauri pod. You waved her off deciding to go back to the water instead. Before you entered the water you felt eyes on you. You looked over your shoulder catching the eyes of the taller forest boy. He quickly turned his head back following after his family. It made you giggle. ~he's pretty cute for a forest boy~
Even after the new family was out of sight you still felt like someone was looking at you. You scanned over the sand bar until you saw Aonung watching you from a distance. You only locked eyes for a few moments before you dove back into the water. You were annoyed at Aonung for ignoring you and for acting so childish towards the new family. ~Maybe he'll improve after a few days of spending time with the forest Na'vi and maybe we can work out whatever has been pushing us apart.~
