Police arrived and marked the scene as a crime scene. They interviewed the first people to see the bodies and finally identified who they were: Henry Coleman and Adeline Archer. For obvious reasons, classes are suspended. Namjoon felt that a week would be the right time to resume activities, in addition to giving considerable mourning.

After all, they were students at the institution.

Unexpectedly, a group of policemen arrived at Namjoon's office demanding his presence to testify, being one of the suspects in the murder. For obvious reasons, the news is quite upsetting to him and Jin was the one who was in charge of informing the others about it.

"Him, a suspect? Why would he be?" asks Yoongi in surprise. "That he's the dean the institution makes it much less unlikely that he'd risk something silly like that."

"Besides, he was with all of us for the night. Time when the crime is believed to have occurred." points out Taehyung with newspaper in hand. The press has been able to talk about it an awful lot because of how big the families are and how badly they want to find out who caused the crime.

"The strangest thing is that there have been other murders with this pattern. As far as I can remember, there have been about eight in the last two months. These being the seventh and eighth," whistles Jungkook. "Only no one paid much attention. They were people with no one important."

"They had something important: they were candidates to study here next semester" corrects Jin and Jungkook circles his mouth. "Be that as it may, the point is that Namjoon will most likely have to go to trial to defend that he is not guilty, let alone a suspect."

"Why would I think him a suspect! That's what I don't understand "Jimin whines in annoyance. "Woo Did you send the letter?" The butler nods. "If there's trouble, my dad will help" He pouts. "He knows Namjoon is the only one who keeps me in college no matter what."

"Wow, that's nice." scoffs Jin shaking his head.

"I am the first to consider it of utmost importance to get to the source of this crime, however, to target me as the immediate culprit, to the point of being here now, is excessive" opines Namjoon on the stand in the sober and somber space where he is immediately put on trial. There is judge, witnesses, no one to represent him and the two families of the victims sitting to his current right. "Not to mention that I have not even been allowed to call anyone to represent me or have it explained to me why I am considered guilty."

The judge frowns, looking at him and then at everyone in the courtroom. He did find it very strange how sudden and hurried the matter was. It is easy to assume that the prosecution is moving under bribery from one of these two families, nothing out of the ordinary these days.

"According to the testimony of numerous witnesses, you were one of the last people to see the victims alive," the judge announces and Namjoon nods. He won't deny that he saw them and at least talked to her. He knows nothing about Henry. "The testimony was, "We were outside a social event done by the dean of the university and after it, Henry was looking for something to clean himself with, because the guards attacked him. I lost sight of him."" Namjoon wishes he had been told about this When did it happen? With whom? "I saw Ms. Archer enter the event and shortly after, be thrown outside in a bad way by the employees; she got lost in an alley not too far away, trying to fix her clothes."

"Regarding her: she barged into a meeting uninvited. I had her removed and never saw her again." notifies Namjoon. The lawyer for the girl's family approaches him.

"Many of the students have mentioned a particular favoritism for a certain group of students. Two of whom were on bad terms with the victims of this crime," the man mentions. "One of them, Jungkook Beaumont, who was the culprit at the scene with Mr. Coleman and Hoseok Swift, who was also at this meeting according to witnesses Do you deny that you have this favoritism?"

"No. I myself offered them scholarships to study at Wardbridge."

"Then, as you understand, the victims being two usual attackers on your favorite students, we have sufficient reason to believe that you orchestrated the crime-"

"My question is-" Namjoon interrupts sharply, considering it very foolish in its argument. "Why would I have to dirty my hands with such nonsense as this? So childish and vapid" Namjoon maintains a relaxed posture. Anyone would think that he is not even being accused of doing murders. "I want to point out that these two students not only had rude attitudes that left much to be desired...their averages did as well. If given the opportunity or a messenger is sent, my secretary can evidence that they both had poor grades, this week I was going to contact their relatives to announce this fact."

"That in what justifies that you have no participation in this crime?" asks the judge.

"That those who had reason to attack were them. Miss Archer came into my event to annoy Mr. Swift. She filled him with liquor and... According to the same testimonies, it was Mr. Coleman who started the conflict with young Beaumont" Namjoon adds and the judge nods slightly "I am concerned about my students and nothing else. I would never go to these lengths for undesirable behavior."

"Where were you the night the murder happened?"

"At my house."

"Any witnesses?"

"The employees of the event, of my house, Jin Butler, Jimin Daft Anthos and my dog." Namjoon concludes on a humorous note.

"We'll leave this hearing for today. Get a lawyer, your witnesses and we'll reconvene for another session in a week's time." orders the judge. Namjoon nods, hiding his intestines twisting.

This is bullshit.
