New town , new you

Part 1.

October 2018

Ding* as the bell on the door of Pops Chock-lit Shoppe, a brown skin girl with dark curly hair walks
through the door. Her eyes, her beautiful brown eyes shined  under the sunlight. She wore a white U-shaped long sleeve paired with a cherry red plaid skirt.
She looked like the star in a old Hollywood film.

"Well hello there" Pops said as she went over and sat at the counter.

"Hi and how are you on this lovely night" she said with the most breathtaking smile on her face.

As she said those few words I watched her in aw, her voice was so mesmerizing. I couldn't seem to take my eyes off this girl.

" Earth to Jughead?" Betty said while waving her hand in my face.

She turns to Veronica the turns around all while saying " oh my gosh what is he looking at"

I get up and say to my friends " I'll be right"
And with all the courage I had I walked up to the curly haired girl and said.

" hi I'm Jughead" trying to sound the best I could

She looked at me with a smile and said
"Jughead, interesting I like it" her face lit up like a thousand fireflies

" I'm Ariel and it's really nice to meet you Jughead"

                                 *  Ariel's POV  *

"Are you new in town?" The extremely cute dark haired boy named Jughead asked.  Snapping out of your thoughts you replied with a quick yes.

" My mom and I just moved here from San Francisco . She's think it will be good for us to live in one area for longer than 2 years. So that's when we found Riverdale." I said smiling with confidence trying to charm his boy as much as i could.

"Here you go sweetheart" the kinda man said while bringing me the chocolate shake I had order.
I took a sip of the shake and it was then any other I've ever had.

" Chocolate shake, my favorite " he said with a laugh.

I admired his face, his hair , his jacket. There was something about his jacket that made you want to know more. You quickly knew the the serpent on the jacket wasn't just any symbol.

You've seen it before.

Interrupting your train of thoughts and a cute blonde with a ponytail higher then the stick up her ass. Had said " Jug are you still coming "  he turned and looked at me as if a light bulb had went off  in he's head.

" hey Ari, my friends and I are going down to sweet water river care to join us?" He said with a smile of hope.

"Oh no I don't wanna intrude on you guys"

A short hair girl had step forward to me and said " hi I'm Veronica and this is Betty. Betty waved at me with a nice smile.
"And we would love for you to join us, oh and this is my boyfriend Archie" a tall red head boy had stood before me. He's hair is too cute I thought

"Sure why not, but I do have to call my mom first" Jughead looked at me like he wanted to say something but couldn't.
"Yay okay we'll see you in the parking lot"  Betty had said then walking out with the others.
While I want to go "call" my mom.
