Every time we even get close to having something special together, Lawerence does or says something to make me hate him all over again. This whole thing doesn't really seem to be working. I'm thinking about going solo again. I don't care what Ra says. I'll do what I want.
"Morning Paula." Lawrence says as he walks out of his room.
"Morning. Sleep well?" Paula asks.
"Fine."
"That's good."
"What's for breakfast?"
"Whatever you want."
"Great. I want eggs, bacon, hash browns..." Lawerence replies with a smirk.
"Sure. But do you really want to eat all that before our mission?" Paula interrupts.
"What?! What are you talking about, woman." Lawerence growls.
"It's time you make your own breakfast from now on. I'm not your slave."
"Oh really? Well you're in my apartment so you do what I say."
"That can be arranged. I found my own places before. I can do it again." Paula smirks.
"You're kidding? What about being obedient to Demon Daddy?" Lawerence mocks.
"That's so over. I'll do what I want."
"And what's that?"
"Going solo again!" Paula blurts.
"Well then. That is a problem. Whatever. I got all I wanted from you. You're nothin' without me anyways, you stupid brad." Lawrence grins.
"Wow Lawerence. You know, I really actually kinda liked you at first. But you're a jerk and that get's old." Paula frowns.
"Get outa here, you little harlot!" Lawerence yells.
"Gladly." Paula says before walking out.Well, your free Paula. Happy now? Yes. Very. I won't deny it though. I liked him. If he was nicer or maybe a little softer, I could have done anything for him. It's unfortunate that he doesn't care about anyone but himself. I seriously wish I didn't sleep with him.
(Later that day at some abandoned apartment)
"Ahhh...this will do just fine. It's cozy, doesn't have many broken windows, somehow the water is still running, and there is a fireplace. Yep, you scored huntress." Paula says to herself.
"Hmm? I have some cash. Let's go get food."(Soon at the grocery store in the women's hygiene aisle)
"Five dollars for a little thing of shampoo! Stupid!" Paula whispers to herself.
"Whatever. I need it. What else in this aisle? A huge sale on pregnancy tests, huh? Well, I don't need those. Or do I? It wouldn't hurt. Nobody gets pregnant the first time, but... Ughh! Fine!"(Back home)
"No,no,no,no,no,no,no!!! It can't be! I can't be pregnant! I can't! With his baby?! No!!" Paula fiercely cries to herself.
"What am I gonna do? What will I say? Oh! Paula! You idiot!"
"I know! I'll hide it. I'm no coward! I..."
"knock knock"
"Huh? Who could that be?" Paula says, walking towards the door, looking through the peephole.
"What?! It's Lawerence! What's he doing here?" Paula whispers before opening the door.
"Lawerence?"
"Hey Paula. Look, if you wanna go solo, fine. But we still have one more mission to finish." Lawerence replies.
"Oh yeah. I forgot about it."
"Well get dressed. We don't have all day."
"Uh...you see...Lawerence...I uh...can't" Paula hesitantly responds.
"Why not?"
"It's not safe."
"What?! What are you talkin' about?" Lawerence laughs.
"Lawrence I..."
"Spit it out, Paula. We don't have all day."
"I'm not coming! End of discussion!" Paula blurts.
"You've got to be kidding me. Is this because of our little argument?"
"No. It isn't because of that."
"Then what, woman?!"
"First of all, it's Paula! Not woman! Now stop calling me that, ok?! And second, Lawerence I can't come because I'm pregnant!" Paula shouts with tears forming in her eyes.
"You're pregnant. Well that's just fantastic. Who's the lucky guy? Icicle Senior?" Lawerence says sarcastically.
"Shut up. It's you, idiot." Paula glares.
"Huh? Well that is a problem. Guess I'm goin' alone then."
"That's it? What about the baby?"
"What about it?" Lawerence groans.
"Please tell me you're joking." Paula frowns.
"Sigh. What could I possibly do, Paula? Want me to settle down and be a good dad for junior?" Lawerence replies, crossing his arms.
"Lawerence, don't make me figure this out on my own. I don't know the first thing about being a mother."
"You kiddin'? You'd be a great mother."
"Really? You think so?" Paula smiles.
"No. You're an assassin, not some house wife, woman." Lawerence smirks.
"Jerk." Paula glares.
"Get over it. I gotta go. See you later, Paula."
"Lawerence wait! What about the baby?!"
"Sigh, fine! You want help? I'll be back later. Sheesh, woman!" Lawerence growls as he walks out.
