(y/d/n) - your dogs name!!
(if you don't have a dog, just think of a name you'd name one :)

After clipping the lead onto your dogs collar, you patted down your jacket pockets to check you had everything. Once you were sure, you grabbed your keys and left.

You took the usual route to the park, it was only a 5 minute walk hence why it was where you took (y/d/n) every walk. You walked in through the gate to the park, following the stone path before you reached the grassy area.

As you neared the field you would usually take (y/d/n) off the lead, you heard somebody playing guitar in the distance. A lot of people often brought instruments or busked in this area, but as you heard loud cheers and clapping you thought you might take a look. Who knows it could be somebody famous.

You looked over to the railing and you could see a tall blonde man from behind, with a guitar strapped to him and a crowd of what seemed 40+ people surrounding him. This peaked your interest.

"Y/d/n! come on" you cooed as you lead them the other way, away from the route you'd often take. As you walked up the slope to the fenced off area, you began to recognise the voice that was now talking.

"Of course darling" You heard it say. It was at the same time that you had now done a full circle of the area, and were now standing the other side of the man, that you recognised him.

It was Jamie.

You mentally cursed for not realising sooner, you had seen how he would often play these gig sort of things in random public places. You intended on staying at a distance, but you couldn't help walk a little closer just to get a better look at his face in person.

You were now standing to the left of the crowd, close behind the people in front of you as (y/d/n) sniffed the ground and other people's feet. You gave their lead a gentle tug, mumbling a chuckled "stop bothering people"

Just as you looked back up, the man in front of you stepped back a little and his foot landed on (y/d/n)'s paw. They let out a loud yelp, which caught the attention of basically everybody.

The man instantly turned around and spotted the dog at your feet, before he began to apologise. You knew he didn't mean it on purpose, you had practically snuck up on him and how was he to know a dog was standing right behind his feet.

Not only was everybody in the crowd now looking in your direction, but so was Jamie. He noticed the dog, and you, before he leaned his head further left to see you past the people.

"Darling why don't you come up here, out of the way of all the people" He said. You hadn't even noticed Jamie was looking and speaking to you, still focused on making sure (y/d/n) stayed out of the way of peoples feet. You lifted your head up to see Jamie was already looking at you, his blue eyes piercing directly into yours but with a concerned look.

"You with the dog" he chuckled, before beckoning you over with his head. You widened your eyes a little before obeying him and squeezing past the people to Jamie, (y/d/n) following close behind.

You had to hold back from just grabbing Jamie then and there, let alone any fangirling. He smiled down at you before he turned his attention to your dog, crouching down by your feet. He stroked the dog as everybody 'aww'd' from admiration.

You had your eyes turned to the ground, watching Jamie with a small smile before his head craned back to look up at you. You felt your cheeks heat up, considering you were already looking at Jamie but he only chuckled.
