LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT

{WHO IS HE}

Once Mary left Teddy alone she went to lunch. Lunch goes on for 2 hours so the school sports don't have to have their practice after school. Mary's brother is on the wrestling team so she watches practice. she knows all the wrestlers but one.

"Hey, who's that guy with the blue gear bag?" Mary asked her brother.

"Oh, uh I don't know he just transfer here"

"Here's your lunch, I got to practice now"

"Ok thank you, good luck!"

Mary thought that the new kid was handsome  and needed to know what his name was. And she knew the right person to ask. 

"Hey April"

"Hey Mary,  the other cheerleaders are wondering when you're gonna join the team again.

"Oh uh, just as soon as my doctor tells me my arm is better, I can get my cast off.

"Oh yeah I forgot. It's so hard being the head cheerleader."

"But at least coach picked you and not anyone else's"

"True. The coach said that as soon as you get cleared by your doctor that you can be the head cheerleader again."

"Anyways April I have a question"

"Oh, ask away"

"Do you know what the new transfer student that's now on the wrestling team's name is?"

"Corey Wood, why do you think he's cute?" April said sarcastically.

"Uhh, maybe" Mary said bashfully.

" yeah I talked to him earlier he is quite the charmer"

"Okay, thank you."

Mary went back to watching the wrestlers practice but couldn't help but keep glancing at Corey, she knew she needed to talk to him as soon as practice was over.

  practice was finally over so Mary walked over to Corey the new kid.

"Hey, you're Corey wood right" Mary asked

"yeah, your Sammy's younger sister?"

"yeah" Mary replied embarrassed 

"He told me you used to be the head cheerleader"

"But you broke your arm doing a jump"

"Yeah, our school's cheer team would have made it to state champs if i didn't break my arm."

"That's pretty cool, do you wanna exchange phone numbers?"

Marry felt like this was a dream come true. Corey was a HER to exchange numbers!

"Sure!" Mary said while trying to hold back a loud scream.

"Maybe we can go to that coffee shop one day." Corey told Mary.

"Yeah"

*ringing bell*

"Bye" they both said running to their classes
