When Disney was filming "Chillin' Like A Villain," they actually were filming in the middle of a strong storm! They said props were flying everywhere, and they were all struggling. They have erased any signs, so if you look closing at the "Chillin' Like A Villain" scene, you WON'T see the rain or notice the wind. Good editing, don't you think?
