Chapter 20

*Next day...*
Louis' p.o.v.

I had been waiting for Selena, for 10mins now and she still wasn't in the lobby. Is she not going to come at all? Was this a dare? Or a joke?

"I'm here" Selena said, trying to catch her breath.

"You're late" I stated.

"A queen is never late, you're just simply early" Selena said, as I chuckled at her reply.
(A/N: comment if u know what movie that quote is from).

"Let's go then" Selena said, as we walked out the lobby, and got in the car. We had both worn sunglasses and hoodies in case of any fans or paparazzi.

*40mins later...*

"So what'd you want to talk about?" I asked Selena, as we sat on the grass on an empty space, where there weren't many people.

"Umm...well you know how I had that management meeting?" She said, as she looked down at her cup of coffee.

"Yea. What happened at the meeting?" I asked.

"Before I tell you the whole story, please don't think this was my idea, and please don't get mad at me" Selena said.

What is it, that she would think I would get mad? Or that I would think it was her idea?

"I promise, whatever it is, I won't blame you and I won't be mad" I said, as Selena nodded and then started telling me the whole story.

"What the fuck?!" I said, once she was done talking.

"You promised you wouldn't get mad" Selena said, softly.

"I know, I'm sorry. But why would the fucking management want us to break up. It's not their relationship, and they can't control it" I said, as I ran my fingers through my hair, fustrated.

"I know. That's what I thought too, but they threatened me with cutting me off my career" Selena said.

"Okay they've taken it way too far this time" I said.

"So what are we gonna do? We can't stay together" Selena said.

"In public..." I said, smirking.

"What'd you mean?" Selena asked, confused.

"Well, if they don't want us to let the fans see us together, we can still be together secretly" I asked, raising my eyebrow.

"Ohhhh. Why didn't I think of that?" Selena said.

"Because I'm awesome and you're not" I said, smiling.

"Hey!" Selena said, as she playfully hit me.

"Just kidding" I said, as we both laughed.

"Secret dating it is" Selena said, once we calmed down.

"Yep. The only thing we need to do, is fake a breakup" I said.

"Yea. But I also need to be 'together' with Justin" Selena said, emphasising 'together'.

"We'll manage though. We'll get through it, and nothing will be able to break us apart" I said, smiling.

"Yep" Selena said, as we kissed.

*Back at Selena's Hotel Room...*
Selena's p.o.v.

Louis and I were currently cuddled up, on my bed, watching movies on the TV.

"Selena, how'd it go with Lo-" Jess said as she walked down the hallway into my room, before she realised Louis was with me.

"Did I miss something?" Jess asked.

"Should we tell her?" Louis asked.

"Yea, she is my best friend after all" I said, while Jess was giving us the 'what the fuck?" face.

"What's going on?" Jess asked.

"Well you know, how management told me they would fire me, if I don't break up with Louis?" I said, as Jess nodded, "Louis and I came up with the idea of secret dating, but I'll be with Justin whenever there's paparazzi. If Louis and I ever go out somewhere together, we're gonna say we're just friends".

"Ohhhh okay. Just no PDA in front of me, or the fans and paps. But yay! I knew you two would figure it out! Anways, I'm gonna go eat a shit load of junk food with Liam. Byeee!", Jess said and with that, she walked out and closed the door.

"That was easier than I expected" Louis said.

"Well, duh. She's my weird best friend, who gets me" I said.

"Yea I know. Anyways, should we continue watching the movie?" Louis asked.

"Eh, i feel hungry. I wanna eat" I said, and as if on que my stomach grumbled.

"Yep, I can tell. So order pizza or go out and eat?" Louis said.

"Umm...we haven't gone out and eaten in a while, so let's go" I said, as I got up.

"Okay. Just you and me, or do you want to invite Jess, and the other four weirdos?" Louis asked.

"Invite them. Jess and I will get ready, and you and the 'other four weirdos' can get ready too. We'll meet you in the lobby in 30mins" I said, putting air quotes at 'other 4 weirdos', as I slowly pushed him out of my room.

"Okay. I love you" Louis said, as he gave me a quick kiss and walked out, with me closing the door.

I then texted Jess, that we were going out to eat, and in about 2mins she came through the door.

"Let's get ready!" Jess said, as we then started changing into different clothes, re-applying makeup, and re-doing our hair.

Heyyyy! Long time, no update! I know it's been quite long, since I've updated. But I've been busy with school stuff, like speeches. Plus I was kinda stuck on how to write this chapter. Anyways, I hope this isn't a crappy chapter. Hope u like it tho! Plz vote, comment, etc. I'll try and update sooner next time, if I have enough time.
