11. BROWN ENVELOPE

I woke up with the warmth of the sun hitting my face. I blink a few times to adjust my eyes to the light. I look around and found no one so I decided to go to the bathroom to freshen up.

After I finished cleaning up, I went to the kitchen and saw Ohm cooking something.

"Hey, Good Morning." Ohm greeted me as he place the food in the table. I grab two cups so I can make some coffee for us.

Today is the trial and I still haven't told Ohm about it. I still don't know how to say it.

"Love?"

"Yes?"

I stop after realizing that I response to his call immediately, he gave me a cheeky smile and I just roll my eyes.

"What?!"

He's trying to stop smiling, he cleared his throat before he speak.

"Is it okay if we go first at my house before I drop you off? I'll just change my clothes and get something."

I think for a while, maybe he's thinking that I will go to the office today but the truth is I will head to the trial this morning. I guess I'll let him drop me off the office. I'll just call Peter to drive me there.

"Sure. No worries."

He smile at me and after that we start eating.

After eating, I volunteer to wash the dishes but he said that I should just take a shower so we can leave immediately. I took a quick shower and choose to wear a tree layered suit, I look too formal.

"Let's go." I said when I went out to my room. I expect Ohm to gave me a questioning look after he saw my outfit but he just nod and gave me a smile.

We arrived at his house after just an hour. I went inside his house since I don't want to stay in his car alone. Honestly, I'm more nervous on how I will tell Ohm than the trial later. I really don't know where to start.

"Let's go, Love."

I saw Ohm wearing a semi casual attire. I think he has a meeting later cause he's also holding a brown envelope.

"Do you want to grab some coffee?" he ask me after we get inside the car.

"No. I think I'll have one coffee today." I said. I'm already fidgeting from nervousness, I don't want to add more caffeine on it.

Because of too much things that I'm thinking, I didn't notice that our way is not heading to my office. It's heading to the court!

"Ohm?!" I called him.

"We'll talk later. Call your attorney, say we'll be there at 10"

I'm shaking when I get my phone from my pocket. Ohm hold my hand and gave me a reassuring smile.

After I called Dew, I hold Ohms hand tighter afraid that he will let it go.

We saw Dew after we parked the car. I got out of the car and hug Dew. He pat my back and gave me a encouraging smile.

"Attorney Dew." Ohm called Dew and Dew look at Ohm

"It's been a while, Attorney Ohm." Dew smirk at Ohm and thay exchange a brotherly hug.

I stare at Ohm, shock on what I heard.

"You're an Attorney?!" I asked shocked.

Dew smirk before he tap Ohms shoulder.

"You both talk first. I'll get this..." he get the brown envelope that Ohm is holding

..I'll wait both of you inside." Dew nod at me and walk away.
