"Thanks again for rescuing Westley. I guess you two aren't so bad." Alexis says as the group is sitting in a cave as Westley is sleeping in Wander's hat.
"Not a problem little lady." Wander says happily.
"Thank goodness you discovered that cobra bear's weakness." Slyvia says.
"I know I can't keep anything down when I'm being tickled." Wander says before he and Slyvia make a fire pit as Alexis uses her fire abilities go light it while Slyvia makes some soup as Westley comes over.
"Good. So good. Mmm." Westley says as he eats some soup Slyvia hands him causing Alexis to smile before noticing Wander smiling at her before blushing and looking away.
*Timeskip*
"The stars certainly are beautiful tonight." Alexis says happily as she is outside with Amber looking at the night sky.
"They sure are." A voice says revealing to he Wander.
"I thought you were asleep." Alexis says.
"I was until I saw you come out here. You okay?" Wander asks curiously.
"Why do you care?" Alexis asks as she looks at Wander.
"I'm just trying to be your friend." Wander says as he sits beside Alexis.
"If you knew what was best for you then you wouldn't try." Alexis says.
"Well I want to try." Wander says.
"You're a fool. Getting close to a bounty hunter is dangerous." Alexis says.
"Maybe I am but everyone needs a friend. Including you." Wander says as he smiles.
"Bounty hunters don't have friends. They can just be used against us." Alexis says as she looks down.
"Please? I wanna be your friend. Nothing bad will happen." Wander says reassuringly.
"You don't know that." Alexis says.
"Well we won't know unless we try." Wander says.
"You should really stop trying Wander. Your efforts are... appreciated... but not a good idea. I'm not worth the hassle that comes with it." Alexis says.
"You are to me." Wander says kindly.
"Why are you so interested in me? You don't know me." Alexis says annoyedly.
"But I want to if you'll let me. Besides you could use a friend." Wander says as he smiles.
"Look Wander you're very sweet but it's not worth it. I don't want hurt." Alexis says.
"I won't hurt you. I promise. Will you at least give me a chance?" Wander asks as Alexis looks at him.
"We should get some sleep. We'll be heading out in the morning." Alexis says as she turns and goes into the cave with Amber.
