A/N: Hello! HAPPY NEW YEAR! To kick it off, I'm doing something a little different. (Mostly because none of my updates are ready yet and I don't have a random Oneshot ready to be posted).

I've been told time and again that my 'outlines' are more like first drafts. I'll let you guys be the judge of that, because this here is how I write my outlines (or 'blergs' as I also call them). In fact, I've got a LOT of blergs and outlines that I've started for the My Hero Fandom. 33 of them, actually [Yeah, I just counted 'em]. That's 33 stories I've started (most have at least 5k words, if not 10k+) that may or may not ever see the light of day. I want your opinion—if I post a few of these 'outlines' or 'blergs' that I feel I won't finish, would you still want to read them? A half-finished story that goes up to either USJ or the Quirk Assessment?

Leave a review and let me know!

I'm going to say this here. This is my personal headcanon for Lunch Rush. This guy doesn't get enough attention—he has the potential to be a VERY intriguing character! But he doesn't even have a civilian name! So I've given him one—Takumi. Hasegawa is his family name. Pretty much everyone here is an OC, but you're free to use all the HCs in this story in your own! I'd appreciate it if you linked my story to it, though. :) But you don't have to ask my permission to use Takumi in your story (name or background—have fun!!) You can even use his sister or dad. :3

I think that gets all the basics out of the way. Any fanart can be sent to aizawa@email.com

Happy 2023!

Tamura Takumi was a mistake that shouldn't have been born. He was the accidental fourth child born to a family of poor farmers who couldn't afford another mouth to feed. It was just his bad luck that he'd been born with his twin sister, Yuzuki.

Beyond that, they were the result of an affair. Not that their mother had told them, but they were smart. They knew what that kind of difference of appearance meant. Their father had black hair and dark brown eyes, and their mother had light brown hair and muddy brown-blue eyes.

Takumi and Yuzuki sported bright red hair and shining green eyes, with a spray of freckles that indicated Irish blood—something that certainly wasn't in either parents' genes.

Even still, Takumi couldn't help but like the way they looked. Especially with the way Yuzuki's eyes always sparkled when she was excited about something. So even though they had to deal with their siblings and parents giving them dirty looks around corners, and whispers behind closed doors of how they didn't belong, life was... manageable. So long as they had each other, that was all that mattered.

Until they got their Quirks.

Takumi's mother had a weak water-based Quirk that allowed her to gather nearby water in the air and spray it out of her fingertips like a watering can—useful for gardening and farming. His father had the ability to tell the quality of fertilizer by the smell alone—another useful Quirk for farming.

His eldest sister's Quirk let her manipulate small amounts of water in the air, which allowed her to water larger amounts of crops at once, while his eldest brother could ascertain the amount of moisture in the ground just by touching it.

Their youngest older sibling was Quirkless, but their parents didn't seem to mind it, so long as he contributed to the family.

Yuzuki could release vast quantities of heat from her fingertips—sometimes enough to ignite something—while Takumi had a minor telekinesis Quirk that allowed him to pick up anything within his physical weight-limit. Meaning, if he couldn't pick it up physically, he couldn't pick it up with his Quirk, either. He could only move things within twenty feet, and couldn't grab anything beyond his physical reach. If it was too tall, he couldn't grab it.
