chapter 9: asking for the blessing and meeting the parents.

It's been a year since the argument that divided the family. Hardcase has been great at taking care of His daughter Bella, and his relationship with his girlfriend Kelsey Moon was going well. He is planning to ask her to marry him, but He wants her dad's permission to marry his daughter. He knew that Jemima was protective of his daughters.

He had plans to meet up with her family and was dressing up nicely. He was wearing A Blue Button shirt and a nice pair of pants with a pair of dress shoes. He headed out of his room and made sure to check on Bella.

He made sure that he had the ring in his pocket to show the family. He had made it himself. It was very nice right 14 Karta with a Diamond in the middle of the ring. What he didn't know was that her brothers were going to be there as well, and this was his first time meeting them. He knew her family except for her brothers because they were always working. He didn't know what jobs they had because he had never asked out of respect for his girlfriend and soon-to-be fiancée. He got downstairs to see Kelsey Moon, the love of his life waiting for him so that way she could take Bella out to the park for the day. She loved to play at the park.

Bella had recently started calling Kelsey Mommy, and it made Hardcase's heart melt.

Kelsey said, " Have fun at lunch with my parents and big brothers, especially Marcus.

Hardcase said, " I will have a great time having lunch with your parents and big brothers. He kissed her briefly on the cheek before leaving for lunch with her family.

He arrived on time for lunch with her parents and big brothers. He went inside the restaurant to see her brothers, Marcus, Cassius, Terence, Oliver,  John, Fred, Oliver, Alexander, George, and her twin brother Tyler at one of the larger tables at the back. Lauren and Jemima arrived next. They were waiting for a few more people to show, and when the others showed up, there were some faces Hardcase was not excited to see, and some he was excited to see.

The last few people to show up were his brothers: Kix, Tup, Fives, Rex, Echo, Dogma, Jesse, Hunter, Tech, Crosshair, and Wrecker

He hugged Echo, Fives, Dogma, Rex, Tup, and Jesse. He asked, "How are you guys doing this fine afternoon? How are your daughters and sons?

Jesse said, " Sebastian is doing well. He is walking on his now. He is spending the day at the park with my girlfriend Ginny.  I plan on asking her to marry me but I want to earn the dad's approval.

Hardcase said, " Bella is doing well. She is walking on her now. She is spending the day at the park with my girlfriend Kelsey. I plan on asking her to marry me but I want to earn the dad's approval.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Tup said," Riley is doing well. He is walking on his own now. He is spending the day at the park with my girlfriend, Mia.  I plan on asking her to marry me but I want to earn the dad's approval.

Fives said," Jenny is doing well. She is walking on her own now. She is spending the day at the park with my girlfriend, Jane.  I plan on asking her to marry me but I want to earn the dad's approval.

Dogma said," Jade is doing well. She is walking on her own now. She is spending the day at the park with my girlfriend Skylar.  I plan on asking her to marry me but I want to earn the dad's approval.

Echo said," Mia is doing well. She is walking on her own now. She is spending the day at the park with my girlfriend, Bree.  I plan on asking her to marry me but I want to earn the dad's approval.

Rex said," Zander is doing well. He is walking on his own now. He is spending the day at the park with my girlfriend, Haley. I plan on asking her to marry me but I want to earn the dad's approval. 

They sat down together at the large table.

With the people on Kix's side.

Kix hugged Hunter, Tech, Crosshair, and Wrecker. He asked, "How are you guys doing this fine afternoon? How are your daughters and sons?

Hunter said," Omega is doing well. She is walking on her own now. She is spending the day at the park with my girlfriend Lonnie.  I plan on asking her to marry me but I want to earn the dad's approval. 

Tech said," James is doing well. He is walking on his own now. He is spending the day at the park with my girlfriend Emma. I plan on asking her to marry me but I want to earn the dad's approval. 

Crosshair said," Ezra is doing well. He is walking on his own now. He is spending the day at the park with my girlfriend Christina. I plan on asking her to marry me but I want to earn the dad's approval. 

Wrecker said," Hazel is doing well. She is walking on her own now. She is spending the day at the park with my girlfriend Tracy. I plan on asking her to marry me but I want to earn the dad's approval. 

Kix, Hunter, Tech, Crosshair, and Wrecker nodded and they all sat down at the large table when they saw Hardcase, Echo, Fives, Dogma, Rex, Tup, and Jesse there as well.

It was very awkward between the 2 groups.

All of a sudden, an older couple came along with their sons and sat down at the large table and they all ordered food and drinks.

The woman said," Hello gentleman. I'm Lauren Moon and this is my husband Jemima Moon and these are my sons Marcus, Cassius, Terence, Oliver,  John, Fred, Oliver, Alexander, George, and Tyler.

The boys all waved to their sister's boyfriends and started talking to them.

Hardcase, Echo, Fives, Dogma, Rex, Tup, Jesse, Kix, Hunter, Tech, Crosshair, and Wrecker then asked Jemima for his blessing to marry their girlfriends whom they loved very much and He said yes to all of them.

They paid the bill and everyone went home.
