"are you sure this is a good idea" I asked my parents

"Yes Riley all of our family live here" replied my mum

"Not all of them"My annoying twin brother spoke in a tone

" OK we're here"my dad pulls up to our new house

"woah look how pretty it is" kassidy my younger sister tells my younger brother niall
"okay go pick your rooms" my mom says taking boxes out of the van

I'm walking around examining my new house when I see a white bookshelf with tons of books just what I always wanted a book shelf at least I found a place where my books could go then I hear a voice"Riri come look my room its enormous"kassidy shouts. As I start walking upstairs I find a room that's not taken by any of my annoying brothers or my sister it's an average size perfect for me I start walking down the marble stairs rushing to my mom"mom can I take my boxes up I think I found my room"
"Not now we just need to take them in the house then sort which ones are who's but can u help me and ur dad"
"Yes" I say grabbing a box labeled kitchen

            Time to see the cousins

"Kids come get in the van we're going to my sisters house" my mom yells. I'm rushing downstairs nervous because I haven't seen my cousins since I was 7 I'm 14 now (I'm writing from a 2022 perspective that's why she not 15 she will be at one point)but at the same time I'm nervous I hope this goes well.

Were about to pull up when I see my auntie Crystal waving at the van oh I missed her she was my favourite aunt so loving and helpful she taught me a lot of things like soccer(I'm not American but in this storie we live there so)

"omg Danielle I didn't realise they were gonna be this grown up" my aunt says bringing me into a tight hug and looking at kassidy because kassidy was only about to turn 1 and a half "well come on in I'm sure your cousins are excited to see you again after all these years" she explains thinking we're actually excited technically there strangers to kassidy and basically all of us I wonder if I'm actually gonna get through this without begging my parents to go home "Kids their here" she yells for our cousins(I will do another introduction and show the cousins)3 kids come running down I instantly look at the youngest one ava shes kassidys age and then I look too the middle where I see a boy about a year younger then me Roland I look at him realising he's had a hair cut he doesn't have his long hair anymore that's kinda sad I can't braid his hair anymore I look beside him seeing my favourite cousin might not be anymore since she's kinda grown its kenzie she still has her long brown hair and then I see my uncle walking down known as David but his nickname was "uncle doofus" let's hope kassidy learns it unless he doesn't want to get called it anymore"hey kiddos it's uncle doofus"my uncle says my face suddenly turns into a grin he stills remembers it what a relief he's still that old uncle doofus I use to know next thing u know mackenzie bringing me into a tight hug and says"i missed u so much uve grown alot" "I missed u so much" I replie with as she brings me up to her bedroom "so any boys u liked in utah" she asks "um no not really maybe this boy called Stephen but he's more of a friend" I answer "well I was thinking maybe I could show u around the neighbourhood to get your memories back and see if you remember anything"
"okay"
"yay" she grabs my hand rushing me downstairs going to open the door
*where u going"her younger sister ava asks
"to show Riley around the neighbourhood" she answers
"can me and kassidy come" she asks
"sure but don't get on my nerves" she's answers the question which makes me more excited I get to know my younger cousin ava more she was not even a toddler when I left
"oh that's a good idea" my mom says as we walk out of the house

"and this is the park" kenzie says bringing back some memories from when I use to live her in Houston
"can we walk around i remember this park" I ask kenzie "Yes ofc we can just talk and get to know each other a bit and let ava and kassidy maybe go to the playground" she tells me "ye sure" I say as I sit on the bench where the playground is letting kassidy and ava run of and play
"memories huh

                      Flashbacks

" Micheal can u push me"i ask my older brother
"fine only for a bit tho Graham wants to play hide n seek"
"okay thank u Mike"i say excited

" okay let's go play hide n seek now"he tells me
"ill count" he also tells me
"yay" me and Graham run off as we find a tree Graham keeps climbing as I start climbing next thing u know I'm a few feet above the ground "Be careful Riley" my twin brother tells me "okay I will" but I didn't I was trying to grip on the tree when I slipped landing on my arm
"RILEY I'm going to get Micheal stay there" we'll ofcourse I stayed there I couldn't move my arm next thing u know Micheal picking me up taking me back home"

               End of flashback

"Well that's the story on how I broke my arm kenz" I explain to kenz
"I remember you coming to my house with a cast on and we forced to to let us sign it" kenz says
