When Wednesday asked Vada to explore a cave in the woods, she was particular brooding.

Eugene walks ahead of the two, leading them as he had claimed to know where it is.

"What's wrong with you, today?" Vada asks Wednesday calmly. The girl looks over as if accused of something.

"Nothing. I'm just tired." Wednesday responds simply. Vada rolls her eyes "Wens, you love the feeling of discomfort and tiredness."

"Fine, Eugene was asking about Enid and the dance.." Wednesday says grumpily, keeping her eyes in front of her.

"Why did that put you in a mood?" She asks. Wednesday sighs. "I'm not particularly happy with the idea of Enid going to the dance with Eugene."

"Oh... my grandpa! you like Enid!" Vada concludes. Wednesday spins around quickly, cheeks a vague red as she stares at the girl with wide eyes.

"That totally explains the lack of emotions towards Xavier! I mean, who knew?" Vada grins happily and looks at Wednesday. "I can arrange everything. She doesn't have a date yet."

Wednesday looks away. "I'm not sure she would like to accompany me to the dance. She seems rather keen on Ajax."

"Ajax is just her friend. Yeah, she's totally into him but have you seen the way she acts around you? Totally different. Just... talk to her later. She will probably say yes."

Wednesday nods slightly. "Fine."

They get to the cave and look it over. Vada tilts her head "creepy... I like it." She walks in, letting the others follow behind her.

Eugene grabs out his flashlight and points it around as they walk together. He stops at the edge of the cave. "Guys, wait. I'm claustrophobic." He says.

Wednesday takes the flashlight and walks behind Vada. "Don't bother coming in if we scream, chances are we are just enjoying the feeling of fear."

Looking around, there is thousands of bones laying around the cave, most animal but a few looks to possibly be human.

"Looks like it's got a taste for Venison." Wednesday concludes and looks around before standing up straight again. There is shackles on the wall for restraining something it seems.

Vada looks around and sees something stuck in a rock. She bends down and picks it up "This is either a nail.. or a tooth." She says as Wednesday opens a baggie for her. She drops it inside and wipes her hand.

"Come on, we should head back before someone notices we aren't at bee club." Wednesday says. With that, they head back to Nevermore.

Wednesday goes to Xavier's drawing shed, looking around for DNA to match the evidence Vada collected.

She reaches down and grabs a bloody napkin Xavier used for his neck when the door opens behind her and the boy himself walks in. "What are you doing here?"

"How do you know what the monster looks like?" Wednesday questions.

"You think it's me? Why would you even think that?" Xavier scoffs in disbelief. "Look, you are so out of line, right now!"
