This is not a spell that requires anything but your own voice, all you must do is repeat the fallowing:
"On this very (day/night) I call upon the protection of the moon
I ask you to protect me so that my health may be in full bloom
Protect me and my family, this is all I ask
I ask you humbly to do this very task"
[Note: It is best preformed while the moon is full, but it does not have to be a full moon to work.]
