I made reader have an eevee for her starter.
Requester specifically asked for female reader so i made Y/N this softie timid stereotype that normally stutters when meeting someone new or is uncomfortable. Not a full on timid softie, just a fairly shy one. More introverted.

You were on the couch. Near the fireplace, with your pokemon and waiting for Grusha, wearing the scarf he also made for you! Finally, as the comfortable ambience just made you wanna doze off.
But you were probably watching one of Iono's gaming streams. She was playing undertale? A really comforting game.. But also lore filled. The more comforting part of undertale comes from Toriel's Home Theme.
Sighing. You wondered how long until he gets back? Stroking the fluffy fur of your eevee. Your other pokemon were near the fireplace resting.
As a few hours or minutes passed by you started getting a bit worried. Finally, the door opened. With a generally very tired looking Grusha. He fell onto the couch with you. Generally just looking like he needed cuddles. And you cuddled him.
Grusha looked like he was enjoying your cuddles. The gym battles he had probably taken quite a while.. The soft snow fell down from the sky.. Its quite chilly after all but its normally not that soft.
Your Eevee was trying to wake Grusha up, you realized Grusha was sleeping. He woke up from your eevee.
" ... Oh, I must've dozen off. Sorry. But.. I have a gift, for Eevee. " Grusha said, before taking out an ice stone. Slowly sighing. Your Eevee's eyes were glittering with sparkles from just the sight of the ice stone. You were excited as well.
" Some guy offered it to me on my way back home. He was a scammer so it took me some extra time when i was battling him.. Sorry for coming late. " He apologized before letting your ecstatic Eevee touch the ice stone. Eevee immediately evolved into Glaceon! You smiled.
You two decided to cuddle for a while. But Glaceon just kinda had to interrupt by getting in the middle in between you guys.. Heh. You didnt mind though a bit.
