(2:39) It's nearing the end of the day. I'm currently inside the board room during my 7th period. Dr.Chu (My Chinese teacher) hosted a buffet for the Chinese Lunar New Year. It's not actually New Years, it's two days from now, but it's Friday and we can't go to school on Sunday. I'm currently playing with a ballon since I can't eat anything. Sitting next to me is EL, she's a friend I've had since the start of the school year. She's funny, kind, loyal, and optimistic. Probably the person I enjoy hanging out with the most. I feel pretty happy currently, although it is quite loud I'm enjoying talking with EL. I wish I could eat the food, it looks quite good, but I have celiac disease and could possibly die if I eat it. I'm contemplating if I should take my chances and eat the sauce covered veggies. I probably won't but it's nice to imagine I could.
(3:01) I'm sitting next to EL while she reads Wings of Fire and talks to me about her old teacher, Mrs. Berk. Apparently she was mean to EL when she was in 2nd grade; EL still remembers how she would dig her nails into EL's wrist whenever she misbehaved. I'm completely out of dress code, having my entire knees stick out of my pants. I don't really care about dress code, no one does. People walk around practically in bras and don't get dress coded. EL just explained the genders of the dragons in Wings of Fire since I kept misgendering Winter and Moon.
(3:29) Me and EL are pronouncing names of dragons and explaining their abilities. I keep purposely mispronouncing their names for the fun of it. My favorite dragons so far are Blaze, Blue, Turtle, and Moon. She is explained the 3 prophecies or something like that. She said she has all of the graphic novels and most of the comics, but not all of them are out yet. My classmates are yelling in a distance but not as loudly as before. I did a quiz and found I was a seawing? Idk what the abilities are but I know Turtle is a seawing, and he's pretty cool.
