Sebastian's POV

Me and the young master and the servants are going to the church today to lay Catherine to rest forever

that night that horrible night I carried Catherine all the way back to the townhouse I remember I placed my coat over her body covering her from the rain I avoided Agni and soma the idea of carrying a corpse inside and laying it down on the bed wasn't the best idea but I had to inform my master of what became of Catherine

Flashback

I knocked on the door "master it's me"

I opened the door it was dark inside the room I didn't want to scare the young master with the presence of a corpse inside the townhouse

"Sebastian what is it? Did you find Catherine?" He asked

I nodded "Yes my lord...but I'm afraid...she's"

"She's what Sebastian? Out with it"

I sighed "she's dead my lord"

My masters eyes widened "what kinda joke are you playing Sebastian it's not funny"

"It's not a joke my lord"

The lights turned on I removed the coat over Catherine to reveal herself

My master looked at her, her hair was black and her pale skin

"Are you sure it's her Sebastian?"

"Yes my lord she has Catherine's scent"

"Where's her ears and tail?" He asked

"I think when they die their powers die along with them she's just a regular human now"

My lord grabbed her head to reveal a wound on her head

"She died due to head trauma" he confirmed

"Where did you find her Sebastian?"

"She was 5 miles away from steins laboratory underneath the decommissioned bridge"

"Could've been murder" master wondered "We should let undertaker determine that Sebastian prepare my clothes we're going to undertakers"

"Yes my lord where will I lay Catherine?" I asked

"Put her in her room lock the door so those two won't enter" he said

"Yes sir"

I covered Catherine with my coat again and exited the room I entered her room I hesitated on opening the door I shook of the feeling and opened it

I laid Catherine's body on her bed I looked around and I remembered our fight

"You always say that why can't you say I love you is it that difficult to say three simple words?!"

"I hate you! I hate you Sebastian Michaelis!"

I slumped down onto the floor holding back the tears and the pain that came flooding back 'why didn't I go after her?!' 'Why couldn't I save her?!' 'I'm so weak'
