Hello there! I'm sure you're a fan of stories, correct?
Ah! Excellent! Then I shall tell you a tale. As you know, every good story starts with "once upon a time," so we'll start there.
Once upon a time, in a land far away, in a world called Burakkumajikku, there was a kingdom. A kingdom of crows, Karuso. It was a respectable yet fear-able kingdom, one gone corrupt with power and wealth, and it was all in the hands of a queen. QUEEN MAHOU, to be exact. She ruled with a iron fist, or more like a diamond one with the jewels she adorned herself in. The castle she lived in of white onyx, alabaster, obsidian and stone was a marvel, the interior included. The queen lived for furniture and so every room was decorated lavishly. Even the kitchen, courtroom, and guest bedrooms were worth millions! All this worth came from the jewel mines and pillaging the Queen, or more correctly her slaves, do. Queen Mahou was obsessed with spending her endless wealth, getting served hand and foot by her staff, who were all prisoners of the wars she had won. About that, the queen was also obsessed with wars. She had no tactics besides "Attack until all that is left of them is blood." Her own kingdom was sick of her, but they knew what would happen, and what could happen if they were to commit treason. Queen Mahou had one child, a daughter, Princess Y/N, who was nothing like her mother. A kind and pure soul, who's hobbies included gardening, singing, and to mother's annoyance, listening to metal. It was strange for someone like her, but Y/N always had a bit of a dark side, when she first started to garden and had accidentally grown poisonous foxgloves which resulted in an accident with a servant, after Y/N had brewed it into tea thinking it was safe and asking him to try it. The princess was sick of her mother's tyranny. Sh wanted it over as much as her people did, but Y/N would have to become queen for that to happen. She could go about this one of two ways. One, kill her mother, in a royal way of course. Or, two, get married and become queen early. Obviously she selected the latter, sure she's a horrible, terrible, abusive, power obsessed, snotty... Okay, maybe killing her would have worked just as well, but Y/N still loved her mother as a mom, even if she would never in a million years love her as a monarch. So, now Y/N has to get married. She wasn't very good with love, so she asked her mother what to do, and the first suggestion was an arranged marriage. Queen Mahou looked ecstatic to oblige to Y/N's wishes to get married so the princess accepted her suggestion to be arranged with another kingdom. "Oh sweetie I'm so happy! This will bring more power! And, and riches!" Queen Mahou exclaimed as she ran to the library to write a message to the kingdom she was thinking of. Apparently, it slipped her mind to actually tell the princess what kingdom she'd be married off too, so now you've gotta take a great guess as to who it is!
But this story isn't quite over just yet, oh no no no! We've got a whole other kingdom to speak of! The kingdom of Dokuhebi, the kingdom of snakes. Here, it was a beautiful and simple existence. It was the most powerful in war, though they rarely had issues with that, as other kingdoms were afraid of them. And might I just add, this has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH THE CURRENT SITUATION IN KARUSO. Definitely. Anyways, there were two eligible heirs to the throne here. Prince Peter and Princess Sarah.

These two were skilled in combat, but not much else is known about them as for how secluded they are. They seem to have a sort of rivalry though, the reason unknown.

New story yayyyaa this'll either really hurt or really help the update schedule (or lack there of) so I'll try and get that in order for you all :D can we also just take a moment to NOT appreciate the fact Wattpad deleted the original version of this story!? The old one was way more in depth and I ran outta effort for this so the next 3 or so chapters are gonna have to have a lot of exposition, so sorry for that 😔 I'll make up for it in actual story tho, so these might be longer than I usually write!
