"Sunny!" Izzy shouts as the group finds Sunny and Hitch.

"What are you guys doing here?" Sunny asks.

"We decided not to care what our families say anymore." Alexis says.

"Yeah! We just want to stay friends!" Zipp says.

"Pipp! Zipp! I know you're upset darlings my sweet little darlings but it's time to go home now." The queen says as she and Alphabittle run over.

"Izzy, Alexis you're gonna get us all jinxed! Come back to Bridlewood!" Alphabittle shouts.

"You're all in danger!" Sunny shouts.

"I'm sorry what?" The queen asks.

"Would you look at this? Our enemies delivered themselves to us!" Sprout shouts as he comes over on a giant machine.

"No, no, no. We're not here to fight Mr. Big Robot Pony." The queen says nervously.

"I do not accept your surrender! Load the Splat-a-pults! Why do I have to do everything myself?!" Sprout shouts

"What is that thing?" Alexis asks in alarm.

"It's Sprout's machine. He went crazy while we were gone." Hitch says as Alexis looks at him.

"Who cares what it is. We have to stop that thing!" Zipp says.

"But how?" Izzy asks.

"With magic! Quick! I need your crystals! There's a third crystal! Follow me!" Sunny shouts.

"What?" Hitch asks as the group begins to follow Sunny.

"Oh no you don't!" Sprout shouts as he begins to follow.

"I've gotta rein that thing in!" Hitch says as he stops.

"I've got your back Hitch!" Zipp says.

"As do I." Alexis says as she shifts to wolf form.

"Alexis?" Zipp asks in shock.

"I'll explain later. Let's just keep that thing at bay." Alexis says as she begins to help Zipp and Hitch with fighting Sprout's machine.

"We have to shut this thing down or at least shut the throwers down." Zipp says as Sprout's machine begins using throwers to throw sticky goop piles.

"Wait. I see a latch. Unlatch them and that should do it." Alexis says as she, Hitch, and Zipp begin working to unlatch the throwers on Sprout's machine before the group is thrown from the machine as it crashes into the lighthouse before the lighthouse crashes down.

"Sunny! Izzy!" Hitch shouts as the group run over to Izzy and Sunny while Alexis shifts to pony form.

"Oh Sunny..." Izzy says as she looks at Sunny.

"I understand now. It's not the crystals that need to be brought together. It's us. We can bring back everything that was lost but it's up to us. We can stay separated by fear and distrust or we can choose friendship. We can choose love. That's the true magic." Sunny says as the pony leaders piece her broken picture frame back together before the crystals glow and fly around sunny as they lift her into the air and give her the appearance of an alicorn as magic begins returning to all the ponies as their abilities begin to return.

"Wow. This is amazing." Alexis says as she looks at her horn.

"You know. That whole magic thing kinda looks pretty good on you." Hitch says as he smiles at Alexis.

"You're not so bad looking yourself Hitch." Alexis says as she smiles at Hitch.

"Whoa Sunny! Check you out!" Zipp shouts as everyone looks at Sunny's new appearance.

"I can't believe it!" Sunny shouts as the group happily celebrates.

*Timeskip*

"And that's how your beautiful mother and I helped to bring back the magic to everypony." Hitch says as he is sitting with his and Alexis's earth pony son Blaze and their unicorn daughter Orchid.

"It's also how your father learned to listen to his heart and not what everypony else says." Alexis says as she comes over smiling.

"In other words dad learned not to make mom mad." Blaze says as Orchid giggles.

"Well..." Hitch says embarrassed.

"That's right Blaze, Orchid. Daddy does know better than to mess with mommy now." Alexis says as she smiles at Hitch.

"But you love me all the same." Hitch says.

"That I do." Alexis says as she smiles and rubs noses with Hitch.

"Ew!" Orchid and Blaze shout.

"Come on young ones. We're gonna be late visiting your aunts for our picnic." Alexis says.

"I can't wait to see aunt Pipp and Zipp! They always teach me new tricks." Blaze shouts happily.

"Just like aunt Sunny and Izzy always teach me new spells." Orchid shouts happily.

"And give us more reason to watch our kids closely. Remind me again why we made the others their honorary aunts." Hitch says annoyedly as Alexis chuckles.

"One because Izzy insisted and two because they give us the chance to have a night off three times a month by babysitting." Alexis says.

"Oh yeah." Hitch says.

"Come on you goof. Let's go." Alexis says as she giggles before nuzzling Hitch as he nuzzles her back.
