It's been few years since you got into the future. You've adjusted life quite well.

You and the man who introduced himself as Susuki becomes closer. There's not a day where you both won't hang out with each other in your workplace whenever you're both are free.

The last few years, you have been promoted from an ordinary officer level to manager handling a small team due to well performance. You couldn't be happier with that. That, and your salary increases. It's more of the latter you're happier about.

Though at the same time, you noticed the air pollution worsened. Not long ago, the government had announced that masks become mandatory.

Thankfully with increase in your income, you were able to buy the masks without damaging your budget. It was a bit expensive however but a must is a must you supposed.

"..did you heard that the game that was released recently is getting more popular..?" You ears picked up a conversation. You paused your eating.

Suzuki noticed sudden movement at the corner of his eyes. He lift up his head, and almost choked on his rice.

You were trying your best not to seem like you're listening, but failing to do with how big your ear seems to be listening to the other conversation.

He tries his hard not to laugh at you that he has tears pooling in his eye.

As he recovers, it is then Suzuki joins you to know what's so interesting that you decide to ignore the food you both share together.

He caught the wind of it when one of them start mentioning the name of the game.

"Ah, Yggdrasil?" You flinched, turning to see Suzuki retreating back to his seat.

You frown, wondering where you've heard the name before and a sudden flow of memories watching a certain anime invades your mind.

Yggdrassil... fictional anime... skeleton leader...
