I woke up in Harry's bed alone. I remember the events of last night and got worried. What did he mean it was his fault that his mom is dying? I do have to admit, seeing him cry was really tough.
I got out of his bed and wondered into the kitchen. My stomach was growling obnoxiously and I needed food.
As I entered the kitchen I saw a shirtless Harry with his back towards me. It wasn't a bad sight if I do say so myself.
"Morning." I said as I walked by him to get a pop tart out of the box that was on top counter. I put it on a plate and sat it in the microwave and set the time for 20 seconds.
"Why are you putting that in the microwave?" Harry asked which caused me to laugh. "You've never tried a pop tart warmed up?" I asked and he shook his head no. I was in shock, I've been doing this ever since I could remember. "You don't know what you're missing. "
I sat down across from him. He tried to not make any eye contact with me most likely because his eyes were blood shot from last night.
"How are you feeling?" Harry sighed loudly then looked up at me. "I don't really want to talk about it." He said harshly. I nodded then took a bite from my warm pop tart."The car should be fixed tomorrow. Then we can leave." He said and I nodded. "Where are we going?" I asked and he shrugged. "Wherever we want."
I still want to go to Florida to see my mom. I don't want to tell Harry that though because he's clearly going through a rough time with his mom.
"Sage, I'm taking you on a date tonight." Harry said getting up from his seat. He had a determined look on his face as he took his plate to the sink. He didn't wait for my response to his demand and headed to his bedroom.
Suddenly I got nervous. I mean, I've been around him for several days now but I felt the pressure of making sure I looked okay and impressed him.

It was now about 5:30 and Harry informed me that we were leaving at 6. He also told me to dress up a bit. Luckily I had the biggest suitcase ever and was able to fit a lot of clothing. I decided to wear back high waisted shorts that had lace at the bottom of them and a red sweater like tank top that was a bit cropped along with a pair of black heels that made me have the height of an average person for once. My hair was in a cool braided bun thing that I probably could never recreate and I kept my makeup to a minimum.
I didn't exactly like what I was wearing tonight, I normally could do a lot better but I didn't have my beautiful closet I left at home. Although my Dad was a drunk and spent his money on alcohol and gambling, he came from money which is probably why is problems started. His parents died before I was born and him being their only child, he was left all their things including all their money. He sold their house and gave me my own little bank account.
I could only access that money when I turned 18. I totally forgot about that until now. He never told me how much was in there either. I was disrupted by my thoughts when there was a knock on my door.
"Ready?" I opened the door and saw Harry in black skinny jeans with black little booties that oddly weren't girly looking at all and a white button up shirt that reveled some of his defined chest. His hair was in a little bun on the back of his head.
"You look fancy." I said giggling a little and Harry let out a laugh. "You look beautiful." Harry said and led me to the rental car."So where are we going ?" I asked as he got into the drivers seat. He shut the door and started the car with a smile on his face. "A place I use to go to when I was a kid."
He then explained to me how they had the best grilled cheeses ever and I had to get one. I have to admit I make a killer grilled cheese so I have to see how this one compares. We arrived at the restaurant that was sat in front of the ocean with the beautiful sun setting in the distance. There was quite a lot of people there so Harry grabbed me by my hand and led me to the hostess stand.
"Two." Harry said then the lady went and looked for an empty table. Harry and I stood quietly until someone approached us.
"What the hell are you doing here?" a guy about Harry's height with brown hair said angrily.
"I'm just here at a date you don't have anything to worry about." Harry tried to say quietly so I wouldn't hear but I heard every word. I tried to remove my hand from Harry's but that made him hold on even tighter. The guy nodded his head and backed away while looking the both of us up and down. Chills ran up and down my arms and legs.
"What was that about?" I asked Harry after being sat at an outside table looking right at the ocean.
He sighed and looked down at his hands briefly then looked back up at me. "When I was about 16 I came here, with a girl, and this guy tried to hit on her. He said some things that pissed me off and that guy ended up in the hospital that night."My eyes winded "what did you do to him?" I asked curiously and he chuckled. "I just gave him a bruised rib and broken nose love." He said as if it was nothing. I had no clue he was so violent.
"You should get into boxing or something." I said totally forgetting our conversation the other day. He said he was sent away because of fighting.
"Funny you should say that." He said after taking a sip of his coke. "How so?" I asked.
"I boxed in competitions for money, love. I started when I was 16 because of my anger problems," he said putting finger quotations for when he said anger problems, "and also because I was a tiny little 16 year old and honestly looked pathetic."
"Why did you stop?"
"Because they say my hands are too dangerous for just underground games. They didn't want me hurting anyone."
"Wow." I replied not knowing what else to say. This is sort of an awkward situation I'm in. I barley know the guy and for some reason I trust him not to kill me even though he basically could be a professional boxer.
"No need to be scared though, I haven't boxed in a few years."
"Why is that ?"
"My mum doesn't like it."

We finished our dinner and I was surprisingly pleased with how it went. We carried a conversation the whole night and it never got awkward. Now we are walking on the beach watching the sun set. I do have to say, this tops any of my dates I've ever had before and trust me there hasn't been too many.
Harry and I held our shoes in one hand and held each other's hands with our free ones. His hand was massive compared to mine but I really liked it, it was comforting. This moment was so beautiful I tried to take it all in so I could write down every detail as possible in my diary so I could remember it forever.
"What are you thinking about?" Harry asked looking down at me with a grin on his face which gave me goosebumps.
"How perfect this night is." I said even though I knew it sounded a little cheesy. We stopped walking and Harry faced me. He looked down at me with his passionate green eyes making contact with mine. Before my Gram past away she always told me that the way to tell if you should allow yourself to fall in love with someone is if they look at you straight in the eyes every time they spoke to you. Harry always looked at me in the eyes when he spoke to me and when I spoke to him.
"You're perfect." he said as he placed his hands around my waist. My arms automatically went up and around his neck. Just like in a fairytale he learned down and kissed me and there were fireworks. This kiss was different than the ones we've shared before, he would kiss me to try to find something and for whatever reason this kiss felt just right.
