Its not the end

Daniel's POV

I was really worried about Natalie. She wasn't answering any of my calls or texts. It's been about 5 hours and still nothing. No sign of her. No one really heard of her so I decided to call her sister and see if she knows where she is.

Gab: hey
Me: hey do you know where you sister is I've been calling and texting her for hours and she has t answered.
Gab: no actually the last time I saw her was at the funeral and then she went home to get some sleep but let's just meet up at the house and see if she's there I have keys.
Me: okay thanks see you soon.

I drove to Natalie's house worried sick what happened or why she didn't answer me. I sat on the porch waiting for Gabriela to come and minutes later she arrived. "Hey let's go see if she's asleep or something because her car is here" she says. "Yea well idk because she doesnt really sleep a lot she usually is on her phone or laying in bed thinking but whatever let's just see what she's doing" I say. Gabriela and I walk to the door and unlock it. We see a little blood stains on the floor and heard water running. We ran to the bathroom to see Natalie laying in the tub with water everywhere. "Oh my gosh" Gabriela says with a worried tone and watery eyes. I just stood there trying to process the thing that im seeing.
The love of my life their without a heart beat. "Gabriela call 911 we have to take her to the hospital fast" we dialed 911 and explained the whole situation. But there was one question in my head. Who did this? Did Natalie do this herself because of the stress she has with losing people? Did someone come here and do this to her? Idk but I have to find out who did this or if she did it. We got inside the ambulance car and sped to the hospital. I sat there sobbing looking at Natalie's soulless face. God I wish I was with her. Ughhh I should've never let her be alone.
We arrived at the hospital and they took Natalie to a different room while Gabriela and I sat in the waiting room staring into space worried about Natalie. A doctor came running to the waiting room. "You guys should go see her and speak to her now she only has a few minutes." He says. With that we went running to her room to see her. We opened the door rapidly and I saw her laying in bed half dead. "Oh my beautiful girl ughhhhh how did this happen?" I say running to her. "NATALIE" Gabriela says as she rushes to her sister to give her a small hug. "Hi guys" she says in a weak voice. "Baby... What happened?" I said. "Gabriela dad did this to me. He told me that I should've taken care of mom and that all of this is my fault and he was drunk last night and tried to drown me. I'm still kinda light headed and I don't think I can do this anymore can I just leave" Natalie says. "WHAT DAD DID THIS TO YOU UGHHHH!!! No please Nat stay here with us fight stay strong" Gabriela says. "I don't think I want to stay here anymore why would I want to when there are better places to go" Natalie says. "No baby please stay here please Nat stay here with us I love you so much please don't leave" I say while starting to sob. "I love you guys so much and always remember me" Natalie says as she closes her eyes. "NO NAT NAT PLEASE NAT STAY" Gabriela says while pushing on her chest. it didn't work we lost her forever. We're left with her memories. I will never be able to love the same anymore. It's over.
