Lilac pov

I yawned sitting up and stretching, grabbing my phone only to realize it was dead, grabbing the charger and plugging it in.

I got up, going into my closet and grabbing a hoddie and jeans, heading towards the shower.

After the shower i walked into my room, grabbing my phone, keys wallet and purse to go get breakfast.

Getting into the car, i started it letting it warm up, grabbing my phone and checking my notifications.

Ring camera 'Movement at 3:41 A.M'.

I pinched my eyebrows together confused, shrugging it off assuming it was an animal or someone walking.

I decided to just get a coffee and wait until lunch to get food.

But i got bored so i decided to go to the mall.

Before getting out of my car i checked the camera notification from earlier.

"Nothing. nothing. nothing" I whispered stopping when i saw something.

It was someone dressed in all black with their face turned away from the camera.

Zooming in when i noticed he placed something in the bushes by my front door.

"What the fuck" I whispered deciding if i should go home or stay out.

I chewed on my lip, before grabbing my phone and calling 'Tar baby<3'

"Hey, Tara" I said when she answered turning the car on and getting ready to drive.

"Hi, babes. What's up?" she asked as i pulled out of my parking spot to leave.

"Well, uh. like 10 minutes ago i checked my camera and seen that someone left something in the bushes by my door, and i have no idea what to do"

"Do you think its a fan, or something dangerous"

"Uh, i'm not sure" I replied chewing on my lip.

"Do you want me and jake to come over and open it"

"No, i know you guys aren't even in LA. I dont wanna ruin your trip"

"Lilac-"

"No" i stopped her knowing she was to good for this world.

"Tara, babes. its okay i swear. I'll call you after i open it, okay?"

She sighed "Call me if you need anything, and i will literally run back to LA"

"Okay bye Tara"

"Bye Lilac, ill call you tonight"

I smiled hanging up, arriving home 5 minutes later. I grabbed my things and going over to the bushes to see there was a black box, that had my name on it.

"Come on, Lil toughen up" I whispered unlocking my door and going inside.

"Dont be a bomb, dont be a bug, dont be a nothing bad" I repeated.

Screaming and throwing the lid when i opened it.

I stood up not seeing anything, going over to the box to look into it.

Seeing a red envelope i shrugged grabbing it and opening it.
