Parisa pov
I woke up with a start, my surroundings looking terrifyingly familiar. Before I knew it my breathing came out in ragged gasps, all I could hear was noise and see flashbacks of pain...
Mikey pov
I awoke still half asleep to the sounds of desperate gasps, I sat upright stright away once I knew it was Parisa. She was having a panick attack. "Shh P everything is ok, I'm right here with you, nothing bad is happening. You are safe" I soothed standing In front of P who was sitting on the side of the bed, her eyes darting frantically as her laboured breathing continued. "P look at me ok, it's just me and you ok?" She nodded her head and her eyes lingered on my face. "We are goig to take some deep breaths now" her eyes began to dart again " Parisa look at me, it's just us. We are going to breathe in and out, in and out" I repeated this until P had calmed down. She looked exhausted as she fell back onto the bed
"Sorry" Parisa whispered, I climbed back in next to her and embraced P into a hug.
"You have nothing to be sorry for" beforw long we had both drifted back off to sleep.
Betsy pov
I woke up to see Charlie was already awake and talking quietly with Mikey. He noticed me waking up and smiled "morning bets" he softly said. I smiled and replied "morning". Mikey grinned at both of us, P was cuddled into his side fast asleep. I tried to sit up too quickly which ended badly...
Charlie pov
Betsy shrieked and collapsed back down onto the bed. Hot tears began to fall from her eyes. "BB what's wrong?" I asked, concerned.
"I sat up too quick " she replied weakly "it's ok now the pain is going away". I helped her sit up slowly just as P began to stir. Mikey's face became full of worry, "you ok mate?" I asked, he glanced at us before looking at P then back to us. "I'm fine, just worried about P, she woke up earlier and had a panick attack, being stuck in a hospital isn't brilliant for her really" Betsy smiled sadly and I nodded. "Well we're all here for her" said Betsy.
Just then P shot up out of bed. "Mikey" she gasped, he hugged her close
"it's ok P I'm here shhh" she nodded as the doctor came in.
"Nice to see you are all awake, it's 10am now so I think it is safe to discharge you" the doctor said "but if there is the slightest trouble bring them both back in". Mikey and I nodded.
I quickly signalled Mikey over to me "should I ask him if it's safe to fly?" I whispered, he nodded before going to help Parisa get dressed.
"Hey doc" I called as I ran after him in the corridor "is it safe for them to fly?" The doctor smiled "it is but any troubles call me or go to the nearest hospital ok?" I nodded before going back to the room and helping Betsy get her jacket it on.
Betsy pov
Charlie hailed a taxi outside the hospital, him and Mikey put the bags in the car before coming back to us and helping P and I to the taxi. We all sat with comfortable chat, once we arrived home we all headed to the lounge where P and I collapsed on the sofas. "I'm so glad to be home and out of hospital" laughed P. I cuddled her into my side and began to play with her hair.
"I can imagine" I replied. The boys were laughing from behind us. P mock gasped as I pretending to be angry. "Are you laughing at our Petsy friendship". The boys visibly gulped
"Umm no, oh look at the time we should make some lunch" Charlie stuttered before giving me a quick kiss. Mikey laughed before kissing Parisa and joining me to make a run for the kitchen.
Parisa and I burst into laughter which resulted in winces from both of us.
Parisa pov
Mikey came back in to tell us that lunch was ready. Betsy ran quickly whilst limping to the kitchen. Mikey came up to me and helped me up, I embraced him in a hug "thanks for earlier babe" I said softly
"Not a problem P now C'mon we made fish n chips" we both laughed and I could feel his chest vibrating.
"You mean you guys ran to the chippy quickly yeah?" We pulled away and Mikey went bright red "maybe" we both laughed again before going to the kitchen.
Mikey pov
We were all sat in the kitchen eating our fish n chips except P who was struggling with only being able to use one arm. "P would you like me to cut your fish up" I offered she nodded eagerly before popping another chip in her mouth. I was so excited to tell BB and P about our little surprise but Charlie said we should wait until after lunch. Everyone had finished now except Parisa. "C'mon P hurry up" I whined. Charlie laughed whilst P tried to eat faster. "Leave off her a bit Mike she's only got one arm in use" reminded Betsy. I pouted making Charlie laugh more to the point he couldn't breathe. P was really trying to be quick bless her.
After what seemed like forever but was probably in fact 5mins Parisa was finished. I almost jumped up and shouted in joy. "So what's going on then?" Questioned Betsy. Charlie smirked at me "I'm not sure you wood want to know" I joked, knowing P would catch onto my joke.
"I wood" P replied grinning from ear to ear.
"No you wood not" Parisa burst into a fit of giggles.
"Ohhh it's from the harry potter studios" exclaimed Betsy finally catching on, everyone went silent and stared at Betsy. "Oh sorry carry on".
"So basically Mikey and I-" started Charlie
"Have been planning a surprise for you both" I added
"The doctor said it's safe for the suprise to go ahead" chipped In Charlie
" and we've already cleared it with our families"
"Just tell us already, will you?" Betsy gasped
"Ok, ok..we have booked a two week holiday to....Cuba" I cheered. The girls looked shocked "are you pulling our legs?" P asked, looking rather cute with a confused frown.
Charlie pulled out four airplane tickets and laid them on the table. Betsy began to scream in excitement whilst Parisa threw her arms round me "thank you" she whispered I hugged her closer to me.
"Wait" halted Betsy, we all fell silent "when do we leave?" She asked.
Charlie and I looked at each other before saying in sync "tomorrow" P beamed whilst Betsy gasped. "Oh my god we've got to pack come on P" betsy squealed dragging a remorseful P with her. "Help" Parisa mouthed. Charlie and I just laughed.
After a while Betsy came back down, "where's Parisa?" I asked
"Oh she fell asleep so I left her up there" Betsy replied. I nodded before running up the stairs, Parisa was curled up in a ball on one side of the bed fast asleep. I layed beside her, P stirred and cuddled into my side "thanks for the greatest suprise" She murmered, I kissed her forehead "no problem".
