Jungkook took an exhausted Taehyung into his arms, glaring warningly at his minions who all avoided his glare after the scenario in Park Jimin's study. Taehyung's arms were thrown over Jungkook's wide shoulders, head tiredly resting against his neck. Long steps carried them towards a car but Taehyung couldn't care less.

He was too worn out to even worry or struggle which had been exactly Jungkook's plan. He was tired of waiting, he was going to show Taehyung his ways and reveal the truth so they could be rightfully together.

Taehyung came back to his senses when the car came to an halt. He weakly lifted his head from the spot on Jungkook's shoulder, looking around disorientated. Jungkook glanced down to his stirring Baby, cooing but quickly controlling himself.

"You're awake. Good. I want to show you something."

Jungkook's voice seemed distant, Taehyung groggily noticed. He wanted to ask what happened to Jimin but his tongue felt weird and heavy in his mouth, forbidding him to speak. Instead, he squirmed in Jungkook's arms in protest once the door was opened from outside.

A noise similar to a scream left Taehyung when he saw the horrific clown mask glancing inside the car and he pushed himself into Jungkook's embrace to hide, head hitting the man's shoulder and the Joker chuckled humorlessly.

"Hush now, little lamb, as if I were to allow others to harm you. That's my job", the dark-haired man said cryptically, not helping Taehyung with easing the panic. The grey-haired glanced back at the scary clown mask. Human eyes stared back at him through holes and his tension was eased a bit. That must be Yugyeom.

Still, it was weird. Why was he wearing such a mask...

Jungkook stepped out of the car, easily keeping Taehyung in his hold and hoisting the male upwards once they stood outside. Taehyung assumed they had returned to the Joker's hideout, feeling defeated to be returned. But once he tilted his head upwards to look a the upcoming location, he was met with the sight of an unfamiliar building.

His brows furrowed when he spotted an old sign with letters forming the word 'hospital'. It was a rundown building, looking abandoned and Taehyung wondered what they were doing here. He timidly tugged on Jungkook's collar, trying to get his attention but the Joker ignored him, instead ordering multiple people in clown masks around to 'prepare everything.' Whatever that meant.

Taehyung frowned, anxiety making his heart race. Whatever the Joker was planning, it never was good. Why did he have the feeling, that it involved him?

Jungkook forced Taehyung to tag along into the old hospital, where some of his minions are waiting for them. He still didn't utter a word to Taehyung which freaked him out. The petit male was still recovering from the interaction in Jimin's study, worry overtaking his heart. He might be angry with Jimin but he feared for his well-being.

"Jungkook...?", Taehyung timidly called out for the male's attention, biting his bottom lip. Not only felt he guilty for his wrong desires but also for being so incredibly attracted to the city's worst criminal. His heart was in conflict, not only because of the man currently carrying him, but also because of Jimin and his family.

There was so much Taehyung had to think about and it was making him dizzy.

A hum indicated that Jungkook was listening. Taehyung took up all his courage to utter the next words: "What did you do to Jimin?"
