Take Flight

The fighter and Henry clashed in a fierce battle, both determined to emerge victorious. The fighter's speed proved to be too much for Henry, who struggled to keep up.

In a sudden move, the fighter leaped into the air, performing a front flip and landing behind Henry. He lunged at Henry with his sword, attempting to sever his tail. But Henry's tail was quick to react, moving out of the way and striking the fighter with a 360 turn. The fighter was sent flying back 10 feet but quickly regained his footing, giving Henry an impressed look.

The fighter then scanned the arena, assessing the situation before launching another attack. He rushed at Henry with incredible speed, his sword aimed at piercing him. Scared of being stabbed, Henry shielded himself with his wings and took a defensive stance. But the fighter's sword made contact with his wing, pushing Henry back with the force of the blow.

"What the hell are your wings made of?" The fighter says as he continues a barge of attacks against Henry's wings. But to his surprise, no damage has been done to him.

"Yo dragon, what's up with your wings, there all rubbery and stuff"

"I don't know dude, I woke up outside of this kingdom and since then all sorts of shit has been going on and now I'm out here fighting someone who clearly wants to kill me!"

"What kind of Dragon are you"

"I don't know, I've said this already, but I'm human, or at least I was until I got here."

"Ahh, I don't really feel like looking too much into this. The fights are the only thing we prisoners get to enjoy"

"Prisoners?" Henry said in confusion before the fighter rushed Henry again, but this time he found an opening and threw his sword at Henry. He reacted fast and extended his wings fast enough to create a gush of wind. The wind removed the sword from the ground and sent it flying towards Kamui who was seated at the stadium. As he tried to evade the sword, the sword stabbed his rag and exposed Kamui's wings.

"Look!, it's a beastman," The man sitting next to Kamui said as he stood up.

"*Inhales*...WE GOT TO GET THE FUCK OUT OF HERE IMMEDIATELY!" Kamui shouts.

"Who the hell are you?" Henry says as he looks towards Kamui

"THAT'S NOT IMPORTANT JUST GO, YOU GOT WINGS USE THEM!!"

"How?"

"HOW? JUST FLAP YOUR WINGS DOWNWARD AS HARD AS YOU CAN, TRYING TO SHOOT UPWARDS, AND PRAY TO GOD YOU DON'T DIE!!. NOW GO!!!"

By this time, the guards had begun to run toward Kamui. Kamui then started running towards the entrance he came through. As he was getting chased Henry was trying to figure out how to get his wings working.

"Come on wing flap for me FLAP"

"You aren't trying to escape, are you? The prisoner says as he starts throwing swords at him.

"Where the hell did those come from? Screw it" Henry says as he runs in Kamui's direction. As he runs, he starts to get a familiar feeling from his back.

"Where the hell are we supposed to go?" Kamui says before a swarm of guards starts climbing up the stairs blocking Kamui from the entrance.

"Well that's just great" Kamui looks beyond the Colosseum and sees a forest.

"YO HENRY, THERE'S A FOREST BEYOND THIS COLOSSEUM, YOU THINK YOU CAN MAKE IT?"

"Ye I'll be fine, I think I'm starting to get a hang of these wings"

As they both get closer to the forest, they both begin to take flight. Kamui leaps and flaps his wings at the same time, giving him enough push to be airborne. While airborne, Kamui takes a glance at Henry and sees him about to do the exact same thing. Once Henry leaped from the ground and became airborne, he created another gush of wind. This wind below the prisoner and anyone close to him back and launched Henry into the air.

"That's crazy you actually did it," Kamui says as he reaches his hand towards Henry.

"Of course, I did, you didn't believe in me?" Henry says as he reaches his hand to fist bump Kamui.

While the boys were laughing in the air, Kamui noticed something

"Ayo uhh you're not flapping your wing"

"Huh, that's interesting," Henry says as he looks at his wings.

Suddenly, Henry began to fall, and instinctively grabbed onto Kamui crashing in the forest next to the Colosseum.

"You ok," Henry says as he gets up.

"I'll kill you," Kamui says as he struggles to stand up

"Chill, it was a mistake"

"Shut up"

Henry begins to laugh. The familiar exchange between him and Kamui gave him a sense of stability and comfort.

"Imma cut yo-"

*Crack*

"Ayo shut up real quick. I think those knights found us, and one of them is coming this way," Kamui says seriously.

They start looking around back-to-back to ensure they aren't caught. Then a figure emerges from behind a tree

"Are you a knight?" Henry asks, prepared to fight.

"No No No, calm. My name is Gaia, and who are you guys?"
