I looked up to see ms.Silvia extending her hand over my desk
"Nah, I'm good" I said looking back down at my phone. I could hear the class laughing along with a couple " daammmn" and "ooooo".
"It wasn't a question mr.wastaken give me your phone or you can get out of my class" she said in a stern tone.
"Then I'll just leave" I said before getting up and walking out of the door
"I WILL BE CALLING YOUR PARENTS CLAY" I heard her yell before I closed the door
I took a deep breath and started walking to Nick's and Georges classroom.

He's real name was mr.rockyo but because it of how chill he was everyone just called him rocky
"Not today Clay " he said walking words me and trying to push me out
"Come on sir I can't go back in that class, that teacher hates me" I said ducking under his arm and going to the table where nick and George where
"Nope I got in trouble for it" he said again trying to push me out but this time both George and nick where grabbing on to my arm
"Come on rocky let him
Stay" nick said
"Yeah if someone walks in we'll hide him" George said letting go of my arm
"Fine" he said rolling his eyes and sitting back at his desk
I sat down next to George and put my feet on his lap.
He pushed them off and gave me death glare
"what did you do this time?" nick asked
"i didnt give her my phone" I said smileing "she said she would call my mom so ima text Drista to block the number" I said while taking out my phone

I put my phone back in my pocket and looked at Nick and George
"You guys wanna go to the skate park after school" I asked while laying my head on the table still looking at them
"Sure, I got nothing better to do" nick said looking back at me
"I can't I'm grounded" George said leaning back on his chair while crossing his arms
"Why?" I asked sitting back up
"Because I'm failing ONE class" he said sounding pretty annoyed
Georges parents where pretty strict when it comes to grades so it wasn't nothing new for him to get grounded for it. Luckily last year Zak had gotten a new phone and gave George his old one to use while he was grounded
