Stay back!”

Ratchet yelled as Nate stopped moving closer to Connor once more, staying behind Ratchet and keeping an eye on the boy. Connor cried out in pain as he swayed his head from side to side with his claws holding his head.

You’re nothing but a burden.’

Ratchet tried reaching out to Connor to no avail.

Every time the medic tries to get one step closer, Connor will take one step back. It didn't help that townsfolk could now see the shape he was in. Not giving up, Ratchet tried to calm Connor down, making his posture knowing that he would not harm the boy.

You should blame your parents for bringing you to this life.’

“Shut up!!”— Connor shot fire from his palms in order to scare them off. However, Nate reacted to this by calling out his Pokemon. Braviary spawns out of his Pokeball and into the air above the man-made fire. The expert trainer commands his friend to use Air Slash on the dirt so that in large amounts can wipe out the fire.

When Connor tried to use fire again to keep both parties separated, Barviary used his flying move to break the fire and tip over the teen. He couldn’t stay, he needed to leave, he needed fresh air. Next, Connor shot icicles at the Pokemon who luckily dodged it but in return slashed sharp edges of wind in his direction.

“Nate stop, you’re scaring him!” Ratchet warned.

“He’s gonna hurt someone if we don’t get him under control!” Nate yelled back at Ratchet, both sharing a worried look before facing back at Connor.

If you didn't meet Raf and the others you wouldn't touch magic in the first place..’

Neither of them understands the torment Connor was going through in his head, the voice stabs him with each word it says as though it was true. Trying to force his body to move, he caught sight of three more bots and two humans with Ratchet and Nate.

“What’s the situation?” —That familiar voice nearly scared Connor to death when he heard him, his eyes widened more as he noticed that familiar paint job. That red and blue, it was Optimus.

“It’s Connor, something is wrong with him,” Ratched explained as Connor kept looking at the group, he could feel his breathing become uneven, trying to calm down but failed to do so after seeing Optimus.

‘I would advise you…run.’

The cave air suffocated the young lad, he ran. Running as fast as his legs could carry him.

The three humans who witnessed him flee wanted to chase after him but Optimus wouldn’t allow it. Ordering them to stay put until further notice. Optumis left the other two bots watch over the humans while he and Ratchet go after Connor.

"You were nothing…"

"It's all your fault!"

"You're a monster!"

"You shouldn't even exist!!"

"You just like him…"

"Please… please…" —It didn't stop, as it got worse by the second, hearing footsteps behind him making him even more alert, using his wind magic to boost him faster. “Shut up, shut up…” He mumbles under his breath, tears blurred his vision as the voices keep repeating like a broken record inside his head.
