Yuri's POV
Today was a bit different than the normal mornings I usually had. As always my alarm went off, the constant beeping snapping me out of my dream land.
"Mother?..." I remember muttering quietly to my self. It must have been the dream I had. Strange... I never dream about them anymore. It was a nice change.
"Lady Yuri? Ma'am it's time for breakfast, it's 7:00 am." Spoke Madison from behind the door. I rubbed my eyes as I processed what she was saying.
"Okay. I'll be down in a moment." I heard her quiet footsteps tread away from my door as I quickly got dressed for school. I went downstairs to the dining room to see a large cake sitting in the center of it. Wait what?
"Madison!? What's the meaning of this!?" I called out to her since she was still in the kitchen.
"Oh well... ma'am some boys came by this morning asking to see you. When I told them that you had not yet risen they practically demanded to be let in. I mentioned that you wouldn't be keen on it though the rest of them are outside, but the two third year boys that you and your father knew from your childhood are in the kitchen." She said, bowing her head.
"This cake is amazing isn't it Takashi?" Said Honey Senpai emerging from the large kitchen. Mori Senpai just grunted in reply.
"Yeah she makes my birthday cake every year, so I guess she would have to be good huh? Thank you for your patience with them Madison." I smiled towards her and she just smiled back before bowing and leaving the room.
"Yeah well, off of this boring subject. Yuri where is your father?" Asked Honey Senpai. "I thought he wasn't going to leave you?" he asked again, sounding rather worried.
"Oh don't worry Senpai, my father isn't angry with me anymore, he did still have to go to England for business, but he will be back in a few weeks." I smiled reassuringly at the small boy handing him a handkerchief.
"Oh... okay!" His eyes brightened up and he smiled happily at me.
"Wait.... is your father the one that did that to your hand?" Asked Mori. His emotionless face almost as good as mine.
"Oh this? Yes, but it wasn't intentional, he got into a stupid fight and I stood between them in an attempt to stop it. Everything's fine though, see it doesn't even hurt." I waved my hand around as to show it was okay and smiled... until he got to me.
"Really...?" As he said that he launched towards my hand and poked it, I winced in pain at his touch. "So it's not ok. I think it's actually broken." Said the tall boy still jabbing at my hand.
"Yes it appears that way." I said, Mori still jabbing at my hand.
"So if it's definitely broken...why aren't you wearing a cast?" Asked Honey.
"Oh... well I didn't really want a cast so.... I decided not to wear one." I replied, grasping my hand and holding it close so that the boys didn't jab at it anymore.
