Dear Diary,
I can't remember. I can't remember what it was like to have trees. What it was like to have ice or a cool breeze. It's so hot here. Here in Wisconsin, United States. In the winter, or what was left of it, can get down to 160 degrees. In the summer it can get up to 300 degrees. On a nice day it is around 200 degrees. It once got down to 120, but that was years ago, before I was even born. My name is Ivy, and I think that we are going to be great friends. I've always wanted a Diary. We rarely ever get one. Water supply has gone down. There is almost no rain anymore. The world is now a giant desert. I have to go, my mother is calling me. I can't let her find you, or she might burn you. Oh, wait, we aren't allowed to burn anything.
