《☆》Chapter 10 《☆》

Two chapters in one day! Yay!
Please read the one before this before reading this one.
But before we start, I'll be doing Y/Ns POV, instead of my normal "pov"

I gripped the steeling wheel pulling into the school parking lot, I finished my food, half way done with my coffee.

I parked into a parking spot, getting out, grabbing my purse and keys, and drink.

I fixed my dress, before walking to the entrance, being greeted by Lucy herself.

"Hello miss L/N! Ready?"
She said with a smile

"Hello, and yes, i am"
I said, as we both walked in.

"So, I'll show you the staff, everyone is here but Lisa, she is our science teacher, "
Lucy said, as we walked down the hall, into the teacher lounge, were two teacher chatted

"Hello lucy, is this the new history teacher for 10th, and 9th grade?" One of them said,

Lucy nodded, "yep, this is Y/n L/n, y/n this is Brandon Lee, our math teacher and sports coach for the boys, and this is Stella Smith, our art teacher, and basketball coach for the girls. "

I shook their hands, smiling. "Nice to meet you both"

"Welcome to the crew, will she be the track coach? " Stella ask lucy, who looked to me, and said
"If she wants, we do need a track coach, it would help stella a lot"

Stella nodded, 

"Im fine with being the track coach, for both girls and boys?" I asked,

"Mhm, Jaden is the assistant coach for track and basket ball, so he can help you" stella smiled,

"Well, we should get to the others so you can meet them, " lucy turned to me and said that, before walking out and waving bye to the two, i did the same, following her.

We walked to classroom, after continues turning.

"This is jaden Anderson, the assistant coach," lucy said, walking into the classroom,
"He also teaches middle school history."

I nodded waving at him, he waved back,

We were in the middle school building, both high school and middle school buildings look quite the same.

After meeting everyone, it was around 11 a.m. and me, Brandon, and stella were helping me decorate and move the furniture, desks, and cabinets.

After what seemed to be forever, the classroom was done, and i was happy with it.

My desk was in a corner with the most plug-ins, the students desks were actually 7 different tables that were big enough for 3 chairs per table.

The world maps, and historical quotes on the walls, a few photos of shelly, crystal, mom and dad, Henry and Ms. Emily, and all of us together when we were at Ms Emilys pool party, of course that photo had william and mikey, but it was so bad..

I had a jar of candy  on my desk, with a lid, it had pretty flowers on it.

I sighed, happy to have the classroom look good

Now all that i had to do was go to lucys office to get my class hours,

I thanked stella and brandon, then walked to the office.

Lucy looked up as i walked in.

"Everything go good? " lucy asked, grabbing a few papers,

"Mhm, i think im going to like it here"  i smiled,

"Well thats great. Anyway, here is your classes, "
Lucy said handing me a paper,

"Alright, "

"Planning period is just a break, to let you plan or go get food or something like that," lucy explained,

"And on school days you'll need to be here before 7, 7:30. For teaching wise, lay low, get used to doing everything. Before the other teacher quit, i had her leave a note for you, it explains what they were doing, it was nothing hard. Since its only the second week back after Christmas break,  they should have to turn anything in. So you can start them off on something knew.  "
Lucy explained,

I nodded, "alright, is that all?"

"Mhm, that should be it. You are free to go, here are the keys to your room. And i hope you enjoy your stay, " lucy smiled, holding me some keys,

"Alright, bye, thank you so much!" I grinned, leaving the Office, walking to my classroom to get my purse and keys, grabbing them, and locking the classroom before leaving,

It was around 3pm when i left, driving to Chick-fil-A, to grab shelly, crystal and me dinner.

Or well, late lunch, early dinner.

It was gonna be a fun next 5 years here.
