[Character inspired by King Dice from Cuphead] Backstory: Elijah used to be a a master gambler especially when playing card games like poker, but one day his friends challenged him to play a game of "cursed" poker with different types of demons and seals on the cards.
However as Elijah and his friends continued to play with the cards, they all started to bleed from their eyes and pass out, but Elijah was so focused on the game against his last remaining friend, neither of them noticed what happened.
Once Elijah had put the last card in his deck on the floor, he looked around at his friends all unconscious while he look back at his other friend, Noah who was coughing up blood and intestines as Elijah watched in horror.
Elijah stood up among his friends corpses as a demonic being looked down at him and grabbed him by his head and said that he would carry on his work as The Cardmaster, and Elijah...didn't have a choice.
