The Scene opens up in a Plane and many Humanitarian Doctors are inside as Cargo, Recker and Pac are there, and they have their Weapons ready. Recker has his MK18 Mod 0 with an, Aimpoint Scope, Flashlight, Laser, Foregrip, and Muzzle Brake. Pac has a G36C Carbine with a 2x Scope and Angled Grip.
They Land at Planina Airport and they meet a Captain of a military there and the delivery was Artillery Pieces, until someone named Nikolaevich comes, and he is the Leader of the Balkan Dragons, Recker turns the safety off the MK18 and Pac follows as he also turns the safety off.
Recker: *in mind* F*ck me, these guys are multiplying. Maggie and Jonah could be in danger.
Col. Nikolaevich: Oh and those two right there with the American and German weapons are Former Special Forces?
Koko: Yes, those young men there are American MARSOC Marines.
The chief Doctor gets out and he is shot in the shoulder, Recker quickly cocks the M4 and loads it.
The doctor gets shot again in the cheek and Maggie who is inside the crate panics, until Recker knocks the XD off Nikolaevich's Hands.
Recker: That Gun isn't yours, no more shooting and behave yourself.
Recker: Dragan.
BD Militiaman: YOU BASTARD! No one speaks to him like that-
Recker gives him a Rifle butt to the mouth and he loses some of his teeth.
Pac: Koko, New orders?
Koko: We've run out of options, eliminate the Balkan Dragons!
Recker: Finally.
Recker kills the Militiaman and then they all open fire as Pac throws an M67 Grenade at a truck and it explodes as it landed onto the truck. Maggie who is inside hears the Gunfire as she sees the others Firing. And one of the bullets go through the window, and Recker kills the last Militiaman with an M45A1 (MEU/SOC) Pistol.
Recker: All clear.
Wiley: All clear.
R: All clear.
Valmet: All clear.
Ugo: All clear.
After all of that, they decide to go after the chief Doctor and when they Ambush his convoy and destroy the AA Emplacements, they all save him and they return.
