"So where yo lil' friend at peanut?" My mom questioned me, talking about Horace, I decided to pamper her today and we now are back at my parents house eating
"Mommy... my big friend is in Atlanta right now for a show" she shook her head smirking at me
"Okay girll my bad your big friend" she kept the same smirk on her face making me chuckle and look down into my plate
"Anyways mommy what would you like for your birthday day?" She covered her mouth, finishing chewing her food she answered me
"Okay so I seen these really cute jean boots in the Dolce and Gabbana store and I really just want you and your sister to both be here" I nodded up until her last statement I just eyed her for a minute before I cleared my throat
"I'm all with the first one but I don't know about that other stuff and calling her a sister is absolutely crazy" my mom huffed massaging her temple talking again
"Come on Mani it's been years since that, your grown now baby don't ever forget what happen but please just get back in touch with eachother"
I just nodded my head listening to her knowing I wasn't about to do none of what she was saying.
"I'm not always going to be he-" I cut her off knowing where this conversation was going
"Okay mommy I hear you but I'm not calling her first I tried she act like she didn't wanna talk I let her be sister her not, to be a weirdo to your own blood for three years in weird to me" I shrugged getting irritated with the whole conversation
"Okay peanut we don't have to talk about it anymore but try for me please?" Once again I nodded loosing my appetite, closing my food tray I stood up walking to the trash can I threw it away and went to to hug my mom
"Im going to head home now, I have a lot to do tomorrow mommy I love you" she stood up to hug me and walk me to the door
"I love you too be safe baby" I nodded walking to my car I blew a kiss at her watching her catch it and touch her heart I got in my car seeing her walk back in the house I pulled off
Brent faiyaz started playing lowly due to my Bluetooth connecting automatically I stopped at a red light getting lost in my thoughts.
