It was 2:40 Tuesday after after school and I had a mission.
There's this guy I like, his name is h/n, he's in grade 11,he's cute, nice, funny, and supper smart.
Even though I really liked him, I have no way to talk to him or tell him how I feel.

The bell just rang and I need to find Lucas cooper,  h/n's best friend.
He was going through his locker in 3rd ave,

Y "hey Lucas can I ask you something?"
L "sure, what's up?"
Y "do you have h/n's number?"
He laughed at me,
L "why, do you like him?"
Y "maybe, so do you have his number?"
He shook his head no,
L "I can't help you sorry"
Y "okay, just please don't tell anyone about this, or I will kill you!"

I went home and continued my life as usual.

The next day

I woke up and got ready.
My first class of the day had to be woodwork, the same class as Lucas and h/n.
I never wanted to stay home more.

I got to my locker, grabbed my binder and went to class.
I sat down with my friend Racheal and she told me about her weekend.
A few minutes later both Lucas and h/n walked in and sat down.
I looked at Lucas and we made eye contact, just then he leaned over and started to talk to h/n.
My heart dropped, oh my god  this is so embarrassing, he's going to hate me, and it's going to go around the school!
H/n and Lucas looked at me, and I just looked away immediately.
At that moment I stopped thinking right, so I said to the teacher,

Y "can I go to my locker?"

He let me go, why would I go to my locker, my locker is in the same hall as this class and the teacher knows!
I walked past my locker down the hallway.
Then I heard a door open it's going to be the teacher, or maybe one of my friends?
I looked back to see h/n, shit! He's going to beat the shit out of me!
I kept walking and he got faster so I turned the corner.

H "hey slow down!"

He caught up to me, I took a breath and got ready for the worst,

Y "what do you want?"
H " I just want to talk to you"
I looked at him,
H "my friend told me..."
Y " I know, I'm sorry I'm so stupid and awkward!"
H "hey, I'm not mad at all"
I looked into his eyes,
Y "what?"
H "my friend told me about the number thing, why didn't you ask me?"
Y "because I was scared of you getting mad, or if you thought I wasn't good enough"
He smiled,
H " I don't hate you at all, I think you're really cool"
Y " but I'm still not good enough"
I said as I looked at the ground.
H " I think you're cute"
I watched him fidget with his hands, and his face turn red.
Y " are you serious?!"
He nodded hi head yes.
Y " I really like you too"
He smiled,
H "wanna come get a drink from the vending machine?"

I said yes and we started walking.
When we got there he asked if I wanted anything but I said no.
He ended up getting two drinks.

Y " what's that for?"
H " you"

He said smiling, so I lightly punched him and we kept walking.

Y "h/n, I really really like you"
H " i really really like you too!"
Y " h/n, can I have your number now?
H " only if I can have yours first"

We exchanged numbers,

Y " I need a picture of you"
He smiled and I took a picture of him.
H "one second, does it work?"
Y "yeah"

I got the first message from him, I read it and felt my face get hot,

H/n can I kiss you?"

I looked up at him to see him smiling,

Y "if you want too, but I've ne.."

Then he kissed me.
After a few seconds he pulled back and smiled, but it wasn't enough.
I put my hands in his hair and kissed him again but for longer.

After a bit, I remember that I was just "going to my locker"

Y "oh my god, we need to get back to class it's been like 10 minutes!"

We both ran back to class but before I could open the door h/n grabbed my wrist,

H "you walk in first and I'll follow in a minute, so it's not too suspicious"

I walked into the class, apologized for taking so long, and sat down.
A minute later h/n walked in, everyone looked at him and knew what happened.

He sat down, looked at me and winked.
Holy shit, this guy is amazing!
Then my phone buzzed, and it was him.

H/n "we should do that more often 😉"
