*Lily's POV*

"POTTER GET OFF ME NOW!"

I had been walking to Charms minding my own business when suddenly I found myself pinned against a wall by none other than the James Potter, the messy, dark-haired, bespectacled, arrogant, obnoxious, funny, gorgeous... No Lily, you're going off topic, he's not gorgeous he's a bully and right now he is way too close to you and invading your personal space.

"You know you like it," He replied with a wink. I looked into his eyes, they were light brown with flecks of green behind his round glasses.

"Evans what are you looking at?" James asked.

I huffed, he's so annoying "Nothing nice I can assure you, now get off me or I'll scream so loud people think you're raping me."

His eyes light up, awwh he looked cute when he had that glint in his eye, "Oh rape? You wish Lilykins, but I prefer to charm girls in legal ways but thanks for the idea!"

Ugh, why can't he just leave me alone just for one day! "JAMES POTTER GO AWAY!"

"Prongs leave her alone we're going to be late for Charms," And I was saved, by  Remus Lupin my fellow prefect and the only sane person of the annoying group of friends, or the Marauders as they call themselves. Behind him was the other two boys, Sirius Black and Peter Pettigrew both with wide grins on their faces. I mouthed a silent 'Thank you' to Remus and rushed off trying to find Alice and Jen before I was caught by James again.

I found them by the Charms room, leaning against the wall talking to a Gryffindor boy in our year.

"Hey girls, what have I missed?" I said, hoping they weren't going to ask where I had been.

Jen turned around and hugged me, "Oh not much, where've you been?" Damn!

I shrugged my shoulders, "Got held up by Potter & Co."

Alice and Jen sent each other a glance, like they were holding back laughter. What was going on? Oh well, it went from my mind when we entered Charms, my favourite lesson ever!

*James' POV*

I don't understand. My attempts of getting the most attractive, prettiest, cleverest, interesting girl I know other than my mum always fail! HOW!?

"It's okay Prongsie," Sirius said from behind Remus as he moved to stand next to him as we walked towards the Charms corridor, "today's not your day, just be patient, your day will come!"

I was getting frustrated, "That's what you said yesterday, and the day before, and the day before, and the day before!"

Sirius just laughed, I hate him some times, most of the time, alright all of the time! "I thought you were just a little bit smart! Get the hint mate."

"I hate you, prat."

Some days I just don't know if I should carry on anymore. I love Lily Evans so much and I don't know what I would do if she went out with someone else! That's why I hate Snivellus, they were so close, I thought that they were going out or something until the day he called her a, a...

I get angry just thinking about what he said to her, how dare he? How could you call my Lilyflower something so nasty and horrible. I want to punch him, he angers me so much!

"Hello, earth to James," A hand waved across my face as I snapped out of my trance. All three of the other Marauders were looking at me with bemused expressions, "What were you saying?"

"We were just talking about the next full moon, it's on Thursday." Remus said, shaking. He always gets like this when it's close to, talks about or even thinks about the full moon. He gets ill, his skin becomes greyer and he gets eye bags because of all the nightmares he has.

"Oh yeah, same plan as always yeah?"

Sirius smirked, "Actually no, we were thinking of inviting your Lily to a tea party with a werewolf, how does that sound?"

I rolled my eyes. "If you say anything like that again I will kill you."

Sirius just pouted. "But you love me, you wouldn't hurt me," He said while batting his eyelashes.

"Try me."

I walked away to Charms as fast as possible, but not before hearing Sirius say, "What's up with him? I don't think you're the only one on their time of the month, Moony"
