Chapter 1
I walk down the street, walking to one of the most famous companies in all of America 'Ackerman Enterprises Holding Inc'. My friend, Armin originally wanted to work here but he got the flu, meaning I had to travel all the way to Seattle and do this interview for him. I walk into the building and get the elevator to the top floor. A petite ginger haired girl wearing a white suit is at reception desk, she flashes a small white toothed smile and goes back to her work. Exactly five minutes after I got here, she says to me in a polite voice
"Mr Ackerman will be seeing you now"
She opens some large doors at the end of the floor and I walk in. I'm greeted by the sight of a man shorter, but he was extremely handsome. He had raven black hair and steel grey eyes. He turned to me and smirked, I gulp softly and sit down. The petite woman leaves the room and the interview starts. I stutter every answer nervously and he seems very ignorant and intense. It then turns to learning about about him: he is a control freak and he is adopted. He then starts asking me personal questions and I answer. The interview ends after what feels like forever and he walks out to the elevator, where he address me goodbye, he nods his head and says,
"Eren"
In which I respond in a respectful way
"Levi"
The elevator doors close and I sigh softly, happy but also disappointed that it's over. As I'm in the elevator I feel an also embrassed and also feel foolish in how that interview went. I felt pretty good talking to Levi, oh god do I like him?... No I don't, stupid. That's stupid to think... I sigh and step off the elevator and see my good friend Jean (Cause why not) he's a photographer and I smile at him.
