Chapter 1

'' She's running away as the screams and cries of her people tore through the woods as the slaughter claimed their lives. The children and teens ran with her as tears blurred her vision. Her parent's screams for her to run as the hunters took them away from where they were standing, just a few feet from the table from which Kenna hid under that she obeyed still playing through her mind like a broken record. They reached the pack safe house which they quickly took refuge in. She waited two days for them to return before going back to look for herself. She screamed as she took it all in. Red blood covered the territory with bodies that were so torn up she could barely identify, and some she couldn't identify at all. But what got the scream to come out was the two wolf bodies covered in blood, eyes glazed over in death with bite and scratch marks covering them, her Alpha and Luna. Otherwise known as her parents."

Kenna awoke with sweat running down her face and her hair sticking to her tank top like almost every morning since 6 years ago since the memories of that night started to haunt her during her sleep. She groaned while turning her still half asleep focus to her alarm clock as it displayed the time in its bright green numbers, 5:00 am. She quickly rose out of bed and turned on her favorite song to listen to in the morning "Want U Back" by Cher Lloyd, dancing around to Cher's voice as she got ready for school. Once she finished, she quickly woke all of her pack of 10, including her, up and ran into the kitchen to get breakfast started. They quickly filed in as the smell of bacon, pancakes, and scrambled eggs filled their noses. The little kids then got on the bus while the teens got into their cars and rode to school.

The main reason I made this is to tell you that as for now, I'm thinking of setting an update day for Mondays and Fridays, and I wanted to see if that sounded okay to y'all. Another thing is that I'd really apreciate,( Did I spell that wrong? Gosh Darnit I wish that this computer had spell check!!), if y'all could give me advice on how to improve this and my writing in general in the comments...?
