ella's pov:
i woke up, and got out of bed. it was the first day of summer and i was ready to party already. my friend said that her parents were going out of town so she was gonna throw a massive party. i dont know everybody who is going there, but i sure am excited to socialize and meet new faces.
i got ready for the day and texted the group chat.
clover:
oh my god you guys, you wont believe it!!
skyler:
what?
izzy:
omg spill!!
clover:
so i heard that donkey kong and his besties are gonna be going to my party!!
fredds:
im so excited
kai:
YOURE KIDDING. 😱
ella:
what did i miss??
clover:
donkey kong and his friends are coming to my party tonight!!
ella:
no way!!
fredds:
omg i cant wait!!!
i turned off my phone, letting the buzz of text messages from the group chat ring every now and then again. i decided i should pick out something to wear for the party.
i pick my phone back up and check the most recent messages from the group chat.
izzy:
OMG SKYLET
fredds:
*skyler
clover:
huh
kai:

izzy:
ella, do you have an outfit ready for tonight??
fredds: omg i heard that lord farquaad is gonna be there too!!
kai: you mean dream?
fredds: no, like the real lord farquaad!!
izzy: omg!!
ella: *replying to "ella, do you-*
ish, i dont exactly know what i want to wear
clover: well, its only 10:00 am, and the party starts at 6:30 which means youre actually supposed to show up at 7:00. anyway, we have plenty of time to find an outfit for you!
clover:
ella, you better be ready. im picking you up in 3
ella:
alright im waiting outside.
after a couple minutes of waiting, clover finally arrived. we had a bit of small talk while on the way to the mall, talking what we were excited about for the party.
A/N:
so im starting a new story, as a joke ofc. the first couple of chapters may not be as long as i want them to be. i usually have lots of school work so it's easier if i write over the summer. anyway im gonna try and prewrite at least 5-8 chapters so if my schedule gets busy, theres content to post. im gonna mostly write/work on chapters/stories in general on fridays, saturdays, and sundays. anyway thanks for reading this shitshow, it was meant to be js a funny thing for my friend ella and i to read, but ive actually decided to post it. sorry this authors note has been so long, but thank you again -fredds 🧡
