#2: kiss me

It's a late night in the couple's shared apartment. Tadashi had already finished his nightly routine, and began relaxing in bed. He watched his boyfriend change into pajamas with tired eyes and his face stuffed into a pillow. "Can you stay close to me tonight, Kei?" Tadashi asked in hopes his boyfriend would say yes. They did cuddle with each other at night, but Kei had the tendency to drift away in his sleep.

"If that's what you want," Kei replies. He looks through his drawer for one of his old T-shirts. His boyfriend started to wear Kei's shirts as pajamas, so it left him with limited options. Soon, he settled on wearing a shirt with a small dinosaur on it.

"More than anything in the world, Tsuki! I just want to wake up in your arms one of these days, y'know?"

The blonde blushes and turns off the lights. "Yeah, I know," he joins his lover under the covers awkwardly. Kei stiffens up at the feeling of Tadashi pressing up against his body. He could only wrap his arms around the other's waist and hide his face in the crook of Tadashi's neck.

"Kiss me, Kei? Please?"

"Oh okay, if you want me to—."

"I want you to want to kiss me, Kei. I mean, do you want to?"

"All the time. I'm just a little awkward when it comes to things like this. You're more of a hopeless romantic than me." Kei laughs under his breath and kisses Tadashi's neck. He sneaks his hand under the shirt his boyfriend 'borrowed' from him and rubs Tadashi's stomach.

"Well, I'll just ask again. Kiss me?"

Kei lifts his head up from Tadashi's neck and gives his boyfriend what he wants. It's gentle at first as their lips synchronized with each other. Tadashi could feel his stomach fill with the warmth he's been craving all day. He wants be closer to Kei despite there being no space between them. Unfortunately, the two of them separate after a short moment of raw-affection. The shorter man sighed and took Kei's glasses off his face and placed them on the nearby nightstand.

"I want to do more intimate things with you," Tadashi admits. He runs his fingers through his boyfriend's wavy blonde hair and hums a small tune. Kei nods, "I'm fine with that," he replies. He wouldn't mind if Tadashi randomly decides to kiss him or hold him while in bed. But, they were still learning new things about each other's wants, so Tadashi had no way of knowing how Kei really felt unless they communicated.

"Are you okay with me just throwing affection at you?"

"I wouldn't hate it." ("I want it badly.")

"Well, that is good to know," Tadashi giggles. He kisses Kei's face until the blonde's cheeks were bright red. He enjoys the feeling of being in his lover's long arms. It's a feeling that couldn't be replaced by anything else in the world. "I love you so much, you handsome man who drives me insane."

"I love you too, Tadashi."
