It was around 2:00 when I asked my manager if I could take a lunch break ,
"Hey Melissa can I take a lunch break",I asked
"Sure honey just be back before 2:30 and are you taking rangy" ?
"Kay and naw I'm good"
As I walked to my car I was wondering what place I should eat at an decided on Olive Garden. While I was driving my thoughts drifted to Mattew weird right, I checked my phone and saw I had 2 hours before I saw him again wow I'm counting down the time how casual of me.
Anyway as I pulled up into Olive Garden I saw a brown head guy who look so insanely familiar to me.
Wait that's Mattew,should I sit with him? Should I pretend you didn't see him ? No that would make him think you don't like him.
Not like that "like like" more of a best friend kind of like, you know what I'm going to say hi I thought.
As I walked to the table I saw him noticing me.
Madison,Maddie, Mads, can you hear me I heard him shout.
"Oh hey Mattew how are you"?
"I'm good what about you"
"Doing fine were you coming from "
"Nowhere I was at home what about you"
"Oh I was just at work"
" Cool"
After that we talked and talked until 2:30 I got a text from my manager,
Melissa🎀:Maddison where are you about to start concert
Me: coming catching up with a friend be there soon
Hey Matt got to back to work nice seeing you again can't wait until 3
"Same I will text you the details around 3:30 that a good time "
"Perfect good bye see you soon"
"Bye"
